We dealt with Shane Noonan & Ian in Actual Insurances. During the very stressful process of remortgaging they were so helpful in securing last minute changes to our protection policy and really made everything easier, as well as getting a great deal - would highly recommend them.

I have applied for payment protection in the past, been so complicated and stressful and not successful. With the help of Colin foran I have been approved, in half the time. So helpful. Couldn't recommend him enough.

I recently got refused for Mortgage Insurance from a number of insurance companies and the experience was very disheartening. I had a number of upsetting phone calls with various brokers who told me that it was unlikely I would get anywhere when I was referred to Colin Foran. To say he was a lifesaver is an understatement. Not only did he deal with my experience with professionalism and compassion, but he managed to get me insurance relatively quickly and pain free!! I have recommended him to every person I have spoken to since, and I don't think I would ever go to anyone else should I need a similar service in the future.

All my thoughts on needs required are expressed perfectly and met promptly.

We had seen on Facebook a recommendation for Colin and he deserves more than a recommendation. We could not get life insurance with any company in Ireland due to a heart issue but Colin sorted it out for us. I could not get morgage protection from any insurance companies in. Ireland due to my BMI as you can imagine it was fustraing we had the contracts signed and everything was good to go only for morgage protection, I had posted a post on Facebook on first time buyer's where one of your employees Colin foran reached out to me and listened to my story and helped me and my partner get the cover last Friday we finally got our keys to our home and if it wasn't for Colin and actuall insurance's we would not be here today, I. Hands down to the most kind, reassuring, pleasant ,and competent broker I've ever met. I was a covid patient last year and that means getting a mortgage protection insurance is a challenging task as we are closing on a property in 1 month. I spoke with a few agents before and said the same thing but with a negative vibe. Then I met Colin Foran from Actual insurances. He said the same thing as them. However, it did not sound like the other agents. He made it seem like he's working WITH you on this and he will do whatever he can to help us with our situation. He is genuine and all that. Tom Shannon was a pleasure to deal with, it was my first time taking out a life insurance policy and he made sure to explain everything clearly and guide me to the cover which suited me best while also ensuring a great price.
