SCAM!!!

I write this review to serve as warning to others in regards to my experience with Ascend. These guys refuse to speak to, do not respond to emails and there is no phone number to call. What astonishes me the most is that Ascend and their affiliates have made more of an effort to have my and other reviews removed than actually refund any money or follow thru on any promises or contractual obligations.

As to my experience with this...I signed up in October of 2021, paying $55,000 for an Amazon store along with ungating/private label services. I completed everything on my part quickly afterwards and had an Amazon store up and approved within roughly 1 month after signing up. Since that time, Ascend, ACV or whatever name they try to rebrand to, has made no effort to keep any sort of inventory in that store. The store has remained dormant with no sales. When emailed/slacked/called, ACV has no meaningful response have completely failed to live up to their end of the bargain. I and others are now in the process of legal action. Absolutely, do not invest a penny with these guys and then experience the headache that we have had... Please google lawsuits Ascend Ecom or google lawsuits Ascend Capventures. Read about other victims experiences with Ascend on FB or Reddit. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE before signing up. Make sure to read the articles on law.com and other sites regarding settlements and lawsuits. Do you really want to invest money with a company where not one but multiple people are taking legal action to try and recoup money?

Whats worse is I referred my good friend with these guys and his experience has essentially been the same. No follow thru, no sales, no contact, loss of hard earned money. I've spoke to at least 15 other individuals who have all experienced something similar to my friend and I. I have yet to find any success story... Theres a reason MULTIPLE individuals have referred these guys to the FTC and FBI.

Lastly, please make sure you due diligence. Ask these guys why they continue to rebrand with the name ACV or Ascend... google the founders of the company...read about the MANY other individual experiences on other platforms like reddit or the various articles on law.com.

Do not get fooled by their buyback guarantee!!! No one I have spoken to has gotten their money back despite multiple individuals trying too...

This company has changed names so many times, it's hard to keep up. I was a client when they were Ascend Ecom (which changed to Ascend Capventures and then ACV Partners). They ran an Amazon and Walmart store.

Here was my experience. In short, I lost money and had to take over my stores with a year left in the contract. Here's what they do. They run your stores for a little while and then they start doing things that will get your store deactivated (drop shipping). If you read the contract, you'll see that this pauses the contract. They're supposed to set up a new store. But they string you along for months. They continue to send monthly invoices for storage fees, technology fees, logistics fees. Eventually, you get tired of paying and then they will claim you broke the contract. I haven't been a client for a year and they still send me invoices.

I was lucky because I met other store owners and was able to save my stores before this company wrecked them.

The frustrating thing about this is that is could and should work. I've submitted every fraud complaint I can (in Wyoming, with the FBI, with the FTC). They need to be stopped.

Looks like this is the newest name change from the company formerly known as ACV, Accelerated Commerce Ventures, Ascend Cap Ventures, or their original name, Ascend Ecom. They will try to say they are not related but you can easily follow the paper trail to see they are. Even some reviews below refer to them as ACV.

I cant stress enough that anyone looking to partner with these guys do some research on the internet and social media platforms for those aliases before signing up. Trust pilot rules limit me from naming the exact places to find info but you can find it pretty easily.

There are quite a few people have legal action pending against them including myself. I have been a client for over two years and am owed $56k and I will not stop pursuing them through every channel until I get justice. These guys need to be stopped.

Onboarding, communication, and transparency are all A+. Sales numbers are TBD, I just got my first listings on my store today.

I'm a lawyer and I don't have a lot of time to write. The first thing I want to say is that their contract is fair, which is rare. They have a clear contract and offering. I just signed up with them last week, so the onboarding call today went great, and I'm excited to see how this plays out. It's TBD on the rest, I'll update later.

I've been with this company for a year and have seen significant returns. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the delay in payouts from Amazon. They have been holding a reserve on my account for 3 months. It seems that ACV is attempting to get it reversed, but this is Amazon and their system. I'm giving it 1 star until this is handled by their team. I'm feeling frustrated right now.

I am being as honest as I can: Pros: They have a client portal, which is awesome for having everything centraized because I have 4 stories with them. It provides all the results and everything I need. They also offer the best programs; I think they're advanced in this market. Results have been ready. Cons: Onboarding was easy, but it took a few weeks to see traction in my stories. I also wish I was able to get approved for the TikTok fulfillment option, which I got denied. I think I should eventually get it. I'll give them 3 status for now.

Consider ACV for a low-risk,high-reward investment opportunity. They have a long-standing presence and believe in their innovative approach. I opted for Walmart due to their hybrid model, which has led to my business achieving margins of over 20%, far surpassing traditional investments. The team at ACV has provided invaluable support and guidance. I am confident in the long-term success of this investment.

Jessica, Lotus and that onboarding team was awesome. Sam, my store manager is super responsive and has done a great job in scaling the Walmart business. We are in the middle of exploring private label options now! I would say overall this is a good option for someone looking to explore alternative forms of income and investing. High growth space and an expert team.
