I have been purchased Addict for two consecutive seasons because I know they only produce quality products with reasonable price and fast delivery.
Their designs are always trendy but not overwhelming and thats what I love it!!!

I had a few problems with the first couple of items I bought from Addict but they were rectified and customer service was good. They clearly care a lot about their business.

The quality of the T-shirts and hoodies is very high. Far better than anything I've ordered from the United States. The T-shirts are nice and thick and the quality of the designs and prints are exceptional.

since i was a teenager I have loved this brand - they have matured at the same pace i have so this is probably one of the ONLY brands I wear today that I wore when I was 18. (i'm now 30)

I've placed many orders over the past half-dozen years and the products, prices and service from Addict are second to none. I have shoes, shorts, T-shirts, shirts, jackets, coats and hats and the quality of them all is first rate. On the occasions when I've had to return items the customer service has been trouble free. My wife normally shuns labels, but even she is happy to wear Addict clothing. Highly recommended all round.

I have placed a few orders with Addict down the years, and generally, the process has been fast, smooth and worked well.

The one time that I had a faulty item, they handled it quickly and efficiently, fixing the problem and giving me a couple of tshirts for my trouble. It's probably more telling how companies fix mistakes than anything else- and they did well.

It's generally better to wait for their sales, as prices are a little high for what they sell, but they have some good products, and the ordering process works. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

I have over 40 items of Addict clothing and every purchase has been well worth the money! some are over 9 years old by now and are still going strong, albeit abit frayed at the edges, (but then again so am I) In my recent order i was sent out a wrong size, but the company was very willing to sort me out with my requested size and the customer care employee was INCREDIBLY efficient, polite and understanding.
