Got a good deal on a jacket. The service was fast and reliable. Nice one.

Experience was good on this occasion but last time you forgot to send the order which wasn't great!

I've been buying Addict clothing now for 10 years and have never had a bad experience. The process of ordering is quick and easy, delivery is prompt, and the quality of the products is always excellent.

Addict has been my number one choice in clothing since 2007. The website however could have some improvements.

Ordering from outside the UK is a hassle. There is little or no relevant sizing information. I get most of my info from Japanese sites because they actually display their model's sizes and measure individual items of clothing.

EU shipping is 25 GBP (ouch), so if something doesn't fit and needs to be exchanged, you'll wish you didn't buy it in the first place.

The clothes are nice as always, but bring back the SHE1 camo and more techy stuff.

Will order again.

Used addict.co.uk a few times. Always have good original styled clothing. Good quality and service is excellent.

bought two products listed in the Previous seaons as on sale. I then received an email saying that one of the two items (I was purchasing some camo cargo's and overcoat) was out of stock, and that they would partially refund the purchase and send the order in the morning (email sent on a Sunday). I then responded Monday morning to advise that I did not want one piece of a two part product and asked for a full refund. The next email I receive is an email to advise the item has now been shipped...

Called the CS team to be advised that they would try cancel the delivery otherwise sending me a stamp to send the product back FOC. Well as you can presume the package wasn't cancelled nor has any stamps arrived from Addict.

Been buying addict since she one had the early method zip hood 2003-2004... Always delivering high end quality products with style and affordable price . I can't get enough I am an addict for addict

I don't write reviews but I shop at addict quite a bit so thought I would, used to shop at their store Southampton too actually. Super prompt delivery, good communication, never had a problem with these guys!

I have worn Addict clothing since I was at university in 1998 in Southampton. It was standard clothing for my DJ crew (Ziance) and other cool people then and it is now!

I have been purchasing addict products for several years now, they always provide quality garments and top notch service.

I've been a customer since 2008 and much of what I've bought have outlasted other clothing in my wardrobe. The store itself and the contact I've had over e-mail have both been great!

The only two issues I have are
1) your stuff sells out soooo fast! :D Congratulations on your sales! I'll just have to get quicker!
2) some clothing (not the artist series!) does not feel as unique as they used too. All my jeans used to be (and to great extent, still is) Addict.
I'm pretty tired of tighter fits (anything even remotely similar to Cheap Monday, Acne, H&M etc) so I turn to substitute brands that sort of feels the same way Addict jeans used to, like Humör and G-star.

Anyway, your artist series are fantastic and I'm waiting for the next season. Keep up the great work!
