I have 2 'rust resistant mild steel' clothes props made by Addis and within 6 days they were rusting!
The clothes props are advertised as being rust resistant, but when I contacted Addis customer service they would not comment and just stated to return them to place of purchase. Very very poor quality and certainly not rust resistant as claimed.

Always top quality products and great prices from addis.

Bought their 5 piece telescopic window cleaning set and I must say what a piece of junk
The Durable Rubber Squeegee is absolutely useless. Please don't waste your money buying this product

Cheap Chinese tat that basically every other company does better. Make sure you keep your receipt to claim on your guarantee because in your two year guarantee for a spray mop you'll probably need at least 6 replacements due to it breaking. Products are built for the landfill.

Diabolical service, purchased a set of Addis bin liners for my Addis 30ltr bins, only to find that the bin liners don’t fit over the open bin rim.
It cost me more money to send them back for a refund, and despite e-mails and daily phone calls never answered or answer-phone messages returned.
Terrible customer service & non-existent care/attitude to customers.
I’ve complained to my friends and found out that many of them have also had issues and bad service.

Well first of all, Addis' own website sold this item less expensively than Amazon or in fact than anyone else. Which is a real plus.
The product arrived beautifully and I was so pleased to be able to find this item still available. So many modern rubbish designs seem to be out there and this is just perfect. Thank you.

Terrible quality product, broke in less than 2 years and company refused to fix, poor customer service

I was sent the wrong size of an item but on contacting Addis they did everything they could to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently

Via Amazon purchased an Addis rotary clothes airer. As the airer had a significant span compared to previous I decided to raise the airer arms prior to actual installation to check it didn't obstruct a pathway. Couldn't open out the arms and reckoned this was due to a protruding rivet on the section riveted to the main central tube. Didn't want to use force for fear of damage. One of the rivets clearly protruded more than the rest.
Reported the problem to Addis via the communication link provided. They asked for photographs which I sent and asked for a full refund including postage costs.
They sent a returns label, postage excluded and paperwork stated they did not pay postage for return of goods. Raised issue with Amazon whom my contract was with and after a lengthy 1 1/2 hour call their supervisor recommended:
- I use the label provided and return airer
- Pay for postage and retain copy of receipt
- On receipt of airer at Addis a full refund including postage would be provided
Returned airer and did receive refund of airer cost but not the postage. Also no comment from Addis regarding my perception of the fault absolutely nothing.
I don't believe I should pay postage for faulty goods and will now pursue this further with Amazon.
Would not want to deal with Addis again

Absoultey brilliant.

Swift and easy ordering service with good communication. The plastic 2litre jugs are ok, however they are unstable to handle when used to make porridge or a hot sauce. I don’t know if it’s just the heat that softens the plastic or the microwave causes the jug to loose structural integrity but I have to use both hands when removing it from the microwave to avoid spills and potentially burns.

Item was easily located on website and ordering easy and fuss-free and delivery prompt.

I purchased the 4 Arm 42m Rotary Airer

The website was super easy to use with great communication from start to finish. Amazing customer service. Fast delivery & an amazing product....just in time for some sunshine!
