It took over 3.5 years in total to settle my claim.
I had to wait initially for a court date which took just over 2 years. Which I understand is not this companies fault.
The staff/employees that supported me before my court date and in Court were brilliant. However, once I won my Court case and was provided with a new 'case Handler' that is when it went downhill.
Communication was extremely poor. No responses to my questions/enquiries for months.
I had to do a lot of the admin e.g. sending 10+ emails to chase up requests from the Admiral Law team.
I made a formal complaint about this and was provided with a new case handler.
Communication improved slightly,but settlement negotiations were still slow.
So nearly 1.5 years after winning my court case,I finally got my settlement.
I would definitely not recommend this company. Due to all the stress this caused me over the 3.5 years.

Good ever now and again but spent a lot of time having to chase them up to find out information and where the case was up to as the case handler didn’t keep me updated with it all very much

My experience with Admiral law has been amazing. These guys looked after me & my case very well.

All handle for me, some letter took a little understanding requiring a phone call to clarify

Absolutely awful service. Spent 3 years basically getting nowhere until they realised my claim was about to pass the limit of when you could register with the court for them to escalate even though they'd told me it had to wait until the crash court case was settled.
Repeatedly asked for documents they'd already had for 12 months +.
Will avoid using Admiral insurance going forward knowing this is who you get if you need to make a legal claim.

The member of staff (Liz) was helpful and extremely knowledgeable she made the whole process really easy.

Amazing communication and support to claim my excess after an accident / incident. The process was a little slow but that because the other party took a long time to come back.

Although stressful Myra took though the process with care professionalism and patience. She was thorough and kind.

I cannot believe that I am still wating 5 years on for my non fault claim to be resolved.
After my accepting a ridiculous pittance in compensation some months ago, I have just phoned yet again only to be told they are still waiting for the other insurers money to be paid.
I am at my wits end with this dreadful company.

Couldn’t fault the team at Admiral at all. Consistent in communication, friendly, professional and always a pleasure to speak with. My case handler was great, easy to talk to, put me at ease with every step taken and was successful in claiming money for me. Couldn’t ask for more. Thoroughly pleased and extremely grateful for what they do. Thank you!

Took too long.why not just send a cheque for the money.

Our car was written off 13 months ago and we have only just got any compensation for losses. They never explained the process and never phoned me with any updates. Every month I had to phone them to check what was happening because they didn't reply to any messages on their portal. They never told me when an offer had been received from the other party it was only when I phoned that they told me about it. Finally they received my compensation but again did not tell me until I phoned and then they sent it the same day. I wonder how long they would have sat on the money before sending it without me prompting. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Admiral handle everything smoothly

I am writing this review before have got any outcome of a process started in mid May, but the communication between Admiral Insurance and Admiral Law leaves a lot to be desired. I have been assured by Admiral Insurance that all relevant details have been transferred. Admiral Law deny this and I have had to start the process again with the documents I have previously supplied to Admiral Insurance. Let’s hope things improve!

Extremely slow process told me initially the claim would be settled in 6 weeks this is just to get you to sign up with them! 6 months down the line and no we’re near settled, would not recommend them at all. Once you sign up they Ignore any questions you have and fob you off constantly. Don’t bother with these lot
