John mbon made this course a pleasure to be on,his experience & knowledge are second to none,I would highly recommend anyone wanting to have sia training to get in contact with John mbon.

I had my top up course with my tutor Isabel from Advance Training Academy and she done amazing job. She was helpful and patient with all of us in the class. I can say just a big thank you for her and i am so happy to do the first aid course as well with her. High recommendation to anyone.

Isabel was a great teacher and communicated the information really well. Took part in the SIA top up course and the session was really enjoyable.

The classes have been amazing and teachers were very supportive, knowledgeable.

I had done my SIA course at the Advance Training Academy not too long ago. I didn’t know how to feel going into it since it was a week long. However my teacher, John Mbon made it the best experience ever. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience. The week was very beneficial and worth while; there was never a dull moment in class with John. He made sure we understood everything and worked hard but was always up for a laugh. I’d love to come back and visit, Thank you very much John, all the best.

My workplace booked me on Level 3: Award in Education & Training (AET / PTLLS) Course in February 2023 as part of my job. I have cognitive disability so we booked face to face training because online/distant learning doesn't work for well me. However Advance Training Academy kept on cancelling the course with an excuse of not having enough participants.

The worse is they don't even let you know. I work in a really busy healthcare sector and I arranged all my work plan, schedule, business trips around this training for months. Each time I contacted them the day before to check and THEN they told me that they cancelled the course. For 7 months now, I have been waiting for a training that I was supposed to complete in March.

The attitude and replies to my emails are also so rude and disrespectful, every time when I complained about last minute cancellation and not letting me know about it, they turned and twisted it and blamed me, told me "they let me know now".

This is a paid course. There are no participant limit or any conditions mentioned on their website. And they must provide even if it is one or two trainees.

After last cancellation on August 17th, I complained again. This time they emailed me to invite to their offices for a "3-hours couching" and told me that "they do it just for me". They literally charged me £349.99 for a 3-day face to face training and tried to get away with 3-hours.

Now I asked for a refund and they don't even reply anymore and ignoring all communications from us.

I told them about my disability since day 1 and specifically asked them face to face option before I book it but still they didn't even care. They charged full price for face to face training and forced me to online version. Their staff is also so rude and disrespectful, they are absolutely terrible at communications especially to people with disabilities.

I would not trust this provider at all. I'd recommend to find another provider. I fell for TrustPilot rating before I booked so please you don't fall for it.
