Torino Airport Reviews 

Metto una stella perché zero è impossibile. AREOPORTO PEGGIORE D'ITALIA. Mi sembra di stare in Burundi, senza offesa per un paese sicuramente più civile rispetto allo schifo che c'è qua. Areoporto minuscolo, con poco personale, peraltro caotico e disorganizzato, SPORCHISSIMO, code che si accavallano, SI DEVONO ANCORA TIRARE FUORI PC/TABLET E LIQUIDI ai controlli (anno domini 2026), oltre che le scarpe perché suonavano (ricordi dal 2010). L'unico bagno è: minuscolo, sporco, puzzolente, senza operatori delle pulizie PER TUTTA LA GIORNATA, senza sapone per le mani, con i diffusori d'aria rotti.
Malauguratamente ho il volo in ritardo di SEI ore e sono costretta qui. Bene: non esiste un infopoint nell'intero piano. PER CHIEDERE INFO A QUALUNQUE DIPENDENTE DOVREI SCENDERE E RIFARE I CONTROLLI.
Non c'è un bar, solo distributore automatico...
Mai vista una roba del genere...

Ma che fine ha fatto questo aeroporto?

Quando sono andata al controllo dei passaporti il ragazzo davanti al controllo mi ha chiesto in modo molto sgarbato se avessi più di 12 anni aggiungendo che la mia altezza lo ingannava . Rideva solo lui ( ho 18 anni). Dopo di che ,ha continuato a ridere , lo trovo di cattivo gusto. L’educazione è importante

Andare a prendere persone in arrivo è diventato un problema.
Si entra nella corsia degli arrivi e cartelli tutti simili segnalano parcheggi di vario tipo e non si capisce un quale è possibile sostare per fare salire i propri familiari, amici etc.
L'entrata ai parcheggi DEVE essere segnalato un modo chiaro e non sperando che l'aeroporto di Torino sia frequentato solo dagli habitué.
Ma chi organizza questo aeroporto?
Vergogna.

Border control is so inefficient. When you have already had your passport scanned and fingerprints checked, you then go to another automated check and if you fail this you have to go to the back of the queuing to join the most incompetent, lazy border control staff I have ever met in all my travels around the world!!! Waiting over an hour for absolutely no reason except for their incompetence!

Personale qualificato e sicuramente aeroporto in crescita! Eccellente!

Worst airport I’ve been with the worst stuff! Unfriendly, rude to each other, and INEFFICIENT! They had issues with a bag bet and for hours they only messed things us! Not to mention all my flight had luggage lost-basically the boarded only 2 bags in the cargo hold!’ In 2h queuing at the gate they didn’t think of switching us to a working belt, or manually load the bags! Shame on you. Stuff also refused to allow people on flights affected by this to fast track. Awful experience

Not surprised to see the poor reviews for this airport. It looks smart and clean but fails on what matters. Queues! Security slow….passports a bit of a disaster. Maybe they should only check 1 in 3 passports until they can get organised to do the job properly.

Personale indisponente ai controlli anche in assenza di traffico

È incredibile che in aeroporto non ci siamo un'insegna chiara e visibile che indica la stazione ferroviaria con gli orari di partenza e il costo. Ci sono i banchi per incoraggiare i passeggeri a prendere l'Autobus che costa 8 euro a tratta fino a Porta Susa.
Mentre il treno costa 3,70 il problema per chi non conosce non sa come fare.
Sembra quasi che non si viglia dire ai passeggeri che un treno parte per Torino ogni 15/20 minuti.

Metto una stella perchè non c'era la possibilità di nn metterla.....l'esperienza vissuta con questa società è stata davvero pessima, per un nostro errore nel parcheggio riservato, che era talmente indicato che nn abbiamo visto....mi hanno rimosso l'auto, senza un avviso, un messaggio, una e-mail, durante la prenotazione avevo lasciato tutti i recapiti possibili......mio marito ed io abbiamo cercato l'auto per 1 ora, pensato ad un furto, poi al servizio informazioni abbiamo appreso che era stata rimossa e portata presso una carrozziere vicino, che logicamente all'ora del nostro arrivo era chiuso...ho dovuto tornare a casa in taxi,il giorno dopo riusare il taxi per tornare a Caselle e pagare un salatissimo conto di rimozione e di nuovo il parcheggio. .......Consiglio a chi vuole servirsi di parcheggio auto, di rivolgersi a servizi limitrofi che danno parcheggi meno costosi ma navette gratuite da e per aeroporto

Non si vergognano fare pagare 14 euro per poco più di un'ora di parcheggio

I travel a lot around the world and this airport is the worse i saw. It's an international airport and noone speak english even if you ask them to do so. No we dont have to speak italian in an INTERNATIONAL airport, but they have to learn english or else they can choose an other job

The people who work there are just impolite and rude. If you work at an airport with INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS, shouldn't you be able to communicate in English? The person who worked at the luggage drop-off started shouting aggressively when I tried to talk to her. The thing is I don't travel a lot and in my country's airport, the first place where I went was bag drop off even though I didn't have any registered luggage. I showed my documents and the worker told me what to do next. However in Torino, the person started shouting, saying "what do you want? You don't have any luggage!" When I tried to explain she took my mom's document, checked it and said bye.
The next thing was security. They didn't talk, didn't show anything and didn't even look into eyes. I just did what I usually do and that's it. When my mom was stopped (who doesn't speak English nor Italian) and I asked what to do, nobody said A WORD. I mean is this behaviour is okay to you? These people shouldn't be working with customers
