Nothing went wrong everything was handled perfectly

Very nice workers an very fast at doing the loan I wanted

The clerk that helped me was very polite and made sure I understood everything...the only thing I didn't like is how they do their payments and how often you have to make a payment...so far it's good but I just started dealing with them.

The lady who helped me was extremely polite and helpful.

The ladies was very helpful in getting the loan

The store I went to in Jonesborough Tenn the girls. That works their was really nice to me very friendly

ASK THEM RIGHT UPFRONT LIKE I DID AND GET THE FEED BACK RIGHT THEN AND THERE ABOUT THEOR APR annual percentage rate?

Before Applying I asked how much is the apr and this was back in October of 2023 over the phone. She said sweetie why don't you come in and see us and go over with you. My anxiety in my head was not right. My husband in the hospital, my brother in Florida as an alcoholic and needed to be rescued from down there in St Petersburg and me being 100% Disabled Veteran wad so much stuff going on and I kept asking her what the APR was and she never answered me while at the store. I look back after the first month of taken out the money of 1,000 or 2,000 and I cannot remember but the first month they charged me 98.00 I was not really paying attention really and just moved my brother up to TN to get a new life for himself. The next month I took out another 1000.00 and the next bill I got they took out 990.00 or something like that.

I called the store and said huh, " why in the name of God would you take almost a 1000.00 from my account"? She said, "Our APR is like 379.%". I asked if this was the girl who signed me up and she said no. She is busy. I said could you have her call me. She never called me. The girl said I am sure she told you the APR. I said, "No. I kept asking her what it was and she kept talking about the moon or family to get me to sign on the dotted line on which cars do. That is what All I remember from those months of doing it but I will not take a card over 29% so why would I accept 379% APR. I know others of the same thing happen to them. Why don't you post to your site in big Red colors or even in black letters defining that is what you charge. I know I got the medicine needed for husband, his teeth fixed with the money but I will not pay another dime to this company at 397%. If I think 29 or 39.99% is pretty bad why would endorse 397. They are greedy people period. If anyone wants to do a class Action Law case against them you can contact me Linda Kirwan 850.517.6138.

Virginia threw this company out if their state for harming the people of their state. Now they are all over TN and else Where.

DO NOT USE THEM!! You are better off being hungry, infections to your mouth and the stress. The building has cameras everywhere and I asked the Company to listen in on our conversation and find where I kept asking the representative there what is the APR? I asked about 5 times. Is it like a credit card? No answer except this or that.
