this is an amazing co. for business to get a loan. Scott my rep stayed on the phone, never raised his voice before I could tell him I was raising my voice about "the fact I was getting frustrated of the situation at the time. that i am sorry for my voice actions.' Scott understood and explained everything to me. we talked for about 20-35 mins. Scott made sure as of Advance Financial 24/7 cares and is not it for the money making. That AF24/7 cares how fast and acquaritly for on time means of service. Thank you AF24/7 all reps who respect at on each call. I had a woman before Scott today and she was clear with her words. She helped and my phone died. Thank you to who talked to me today and all other days.
Predatory Lending at Its Worst
Like many others, I found myself in a difficult position due to a medical issue with my husband that impacted our income. I had to borrow money just to keep food on the table and a roof over our heads. I truly believed this would be a short-term solution and that I would be able to pay off the small loan quickly. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
The more you pay, the more the balance seems to grow. It quickly becomes overwhelming, and you’re forced into impossible choices—like deciding between buying groceries or making a payment. If you fall behind, the fees continue to pile up, making it even harder to catch up. Instead of working with you, the company refuses to offer a realistic payment plan or any kind of reasonable settlement. Eventually, it escalates to legal action, which only adds more stress to an already difficult situation.
I fully take responsibility for the money I borrowed and want to repay what I owe. However, I believe repayment should be fair and manageable—without excessive fees that trap people in a cycle they can’t escape. It’s disheartening to see a company operate this way, especially toward people who are already struggling. I honestly don’t know how the owners of this company sleep at night knowing the impact this has on people’s lives.
It makes me think of Proverbs 22:7: “The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is slave to the lender.” That verse really reflects how this experience feels—like being stuck in a system that’s designed to keep you down rather than help you recover.
I just hope others think carefully before getting involved, and that companies like this begin to show more compassion and fairness toward those in need.

Run don’t use
Third time trying to change bank information and second time having to call get the information changed. Because there useless employees didn’t tell me I needed to change my debit card when I was changing my bank information. As well as not being able to change bank information online had to call and jump through hoops just ti update. I will never used this god awful company again.
