Because they were so polite and really asked how I was doing and they just seemed genuine and not like make a decision on you by how you talk or act you know they just really cared and it was just a very good good conversation and they had a very good adequate in communicating

I got money yes but with 300% interest. Bankruptcy over 900 bucks is absolutely a possibility with this company and they give not one care in the world to help if you struggle with a payment. Finally paid it off thanks to taxes but I do not ever ever ever want to use this company again and I seriously suggest no one else ever does either.

I’ve had a line of credit with them for quite some time. There was an adjustment made on my account that lowered my balance and gave me a credit. This was done around March 12th. I spoke with an agent who told me that an internal audit was done and the adjustment was made. This includes not having to make a biweekly payment on the account. Okay, cool. Or so I thought.

I log into the account today, and not only has my balance increased significantly, but the credit was adjusted, readjusted and adjusted again! Now the account says that I’m past due a partial payment, plus my bi-weekly payment of almost $430! It’s insane. Customer service (though the woman was nice) was not helpful at all. It either has to be paid or will reflect negatively on my credit report. I would never shop with them again.
