AFC has become my trusted travel agency here in UAE having travelled with them for the 3rd time this year and for sure, I will be travelling with them again soon. Allhianna, the travel consultant who assisted me was very helpful and responsive since the time I started inquiring and finally booking the trip to Slovenia and Croatia. The 5-day trip I had recently through AFC was by far my best winter trip. The trip was so well-organized that all I have to do is enjoy every bit of the journey, savor the moment and take lots of photos! They had created a well-thought of itinerary where we get to experience nature, culture, and food. All the places we visited, especially the lakes were awesome, they look like they are coming straight from a post card. One thing I need to mention is that AFC chooses nice hotels which makes the experience even better. AFC is a highly recommended travel agency for their customer service and their value for money tour packages.

We explored Jordan during the Eid Al Etihad holidays from 29th November to 3rd December 2025 with AFC Holidays’ group tour. From the very beginning, Bipin from AFC was extremely helpful—he provided detailed information about the itinerary and patiently answered all our queries, ensuring a smooth travel experience.

The holiday was well curated, covering all the major must-visit places of Jordan covering Amman, Petra, Wadi Rum and Dead sea within a short trip. This was our first experience with AFC Holiday & was truly memorable and guided by the knowledgeable and informative Mr. Mohammed, who enriched our journey with insights and stories.

Overall, it was a well-organized trip that gave us lasting memories of Jordan’s beauty and culture with 27 co travellers. Winters are perfect time and do experience Bubble tent stay at Wadi Rum to enjoy the desert night view and dawn light.

I have used AFC for multiple tour packages. All trips were good, except this BAKU trip.
One of the worst and total waste of money.
- In hotel, no AC, no fan, we tried to open windows, no windows. Every night horrible stay. Except a reception boy was very much helpful for translating local language, collecting our food deliveries.
- ⁠local tour van is scrapped one, no audio system, no speed, no pickup, aged driver, no proper AC, no charging facility, - all lazy and waste of time
- ⁠at shadag, supposed to see ice. Nothing! No snow, complete waste of time.
- ⁠never seen such a bad restaurant, biryani house.
- ⁠worse than the biryani house, parked in street food, it’s a slum area food, no clean, no hygiene,

Very excellent trip some problem that need to correct by AFC team

Our guide Ali was the highlight of the experience. He took care of everyone with a very humble and sincere attitude, always smiling.

Other than that, the overall tour felt a bit rushed and I would recommend spending more time in each city to absorb the culture.

One of the hotels, Cardinal in Rome was run down, both in infrastructure and the attitude. The wifi didn’t work and the staff were unfriendly. I urge AFC to change this for future tours.

The trip was really nice overall—tiring, but well planned. One small thing is that the Bernina Express wasn’t as magical as it’s made out to be and felt a bit overhyped. Last two hours of Bernina was in the dark as it gets dark outside in winter earlier in Europe. So we didnot see anything. Interlaken should have been added in the list. Also, breakfast at the hotels was the same every day—eggs, bacon, bread, and salads—so a little variety would have been nice. The guide was good. For the last two days, we paid for our own lunch and dinner (the last day was our return to Dubai), but just mentioning it anyway.

Good package…had experience of the lifetime during our stay with Paris and Swiss Alps with AFC! Special thanks to Nadeem, for organizing everything so beautifully. Your planning made our Paris and Switzerland trip truly smooth, comfortable, and memorable. We really appreciated your professionalism, patience, and attention to every small detail.

We will definitely recommend you to our friends and family. Thank you once again for making our Europe trip so wonderful and unforgettable. 🤗

I recently traveled to Prague, Vienna, and Budapest with this agency, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire trip was very well-planned, and everything was executed seamlessly.
