Mr Nadeem and our memorable holiday experience
Recently travelled to the Switzerland, Germany and France with the AFC Holidays tour package and loved the overall experience. The accommodation , transport and arrangements made were up to the mark.
A tour isn’t complete without the tour guide and so we had an exceptionally talented and professional guide - Mr. Nadeem. Right from the very first day he was very friendly and always addressed the queries any traveller had. Swift time management and planning made by him made the experience all the more better. He made sure that all the activities for the day are arranged in a way that is most suitable for the group. Although we had a few people on the trip who were disrespectful and rude, Mr. Nadeem handled it with utmost professionalism. He is one of the tour guide we should all lookout for!
Great Tour package over all, amazing experience. Would definitely recommend anyone planning a group tour.

Worst Switzerland Trip
I am extremely disappointed with my recent Switzerland trip organized by AFC Holidays. The guide, Mr. Nadeem, was an utter waste, he had no idea what his responsibilities were and responded with "I don't know" to almost every question asked. His lack of professionalism and knowledge made the trip frustrating. Additionally, the Indian food provided through the tie-up with Cinnamon Garden was simply not good. We did not travel all the way to Switzerland to eat the same, below-average Indian food every day, which completely ruined the international travel experience. Based on this overall poor experience, I would like to clearly state that this is my **last trip with AFC Holidays**.

Regarding the concerns with Mr. Nadeem, we’ve received a lot of positive feedback about his services over the last few years, and we regret that your experience did not meet expectations. Had you reached out to our emergency contact number during the trip, we would have been happy to assist you promptly and address any concerns on the spot.
As for the food, we understand that meals play a key part in your travel experience. While we do offer a mix of cuisines during the tour, we have received very good feedback of the meals we provide, we acknowledge that preferences can vary. We’ll certainly take your feedback into account as we continue to improve the quality and variety of meals offered, on this particular tour we had a group size of 43 pax.

Magical Bali Indeed !
Everything was greatly managed. It's always a great experience with Ms. Aswathi as she has always been very professional & courteous & puts extra effort to make all our travels memorable & Bali is one of them.

That trip to Japan!
We recently did a trip with AFC to Japan. Tokyo was really well planned, the stay at Sunshine City Prince Hotel was very comfortable, right in the centre of the city with Indian restaurants closeby and the shopping street + mall within walking distance. The hotel itself was in a mall. Next we went to Hiroshima and once again the hotel was fantastic - one of the most tech advanced hotels I have seen - Daiwa Roynett. Osaka could have been better - both the hotel and the experience. Space constraints need to be planned better for bigger families, restaurants choice can be better and the itinerary around this part can be slightly better. Although overall, we had a good time, thanks to Allhianna and Althea for making the booking process so seamless and smooth. Keep up the good work.

Overall it was very good. The coordination , prompting & timely support especially by the AFC Staff PREEMA was excellent. Hotels were good. Only this time the group was little big. Could have been 25-30 ppl max. instead of 43+.ppl.

Georgia Guided tour 3/4 days with AFC…
Georgia Guided tour 3/4 days with AFC Holidays group of 11. The Tour guide was local .Did not speak much English or understood the requirement of the tourists. No rep from AFC on tour. Guide just left us at the spots and we had to discover ourself as he had no idea. The bus driver was also rude and did not stop or allowed passengers to get off at a safe parking. Missed out on lot of places due to one or two passengers who spoke Russian and sort of commanded the Tour Guide,

Holiday trip to Hanoi - Vietnam
