Good for a night crossing without a cabin.Even after midnight food and drink was available then a bit of sleep on a reclining chair.

I was unfortunately a victim of circumstance and needed to return early from a trip to the UK; AFerry booking16760270; I presented at the reception In Newhaven and made the request for a change of intinerary. I was expecting a small charge for this change. However I was not expecting a bill of 75 pounds. Which was more than the original cost for the two way journey. Try as they might? the reception was unable to correct this. Therefore the rest of the booking needed to be cancelled and I was then able to purchase a one way ticket to return home to France. (39.20 pounds) I appreciate that this was not the fault of the AFerry or DFDS regarding my need to return early. But it means my original two way booking was reduced to one way. I think in future I will be dealing with DFDS directly. Dieppe to Newhave is my crossing of choice so I have no option than to use that service. But will bypass AFerry. Sorry.

Truly reliable company. I have been a regular customer for over 2 decades now. Big up for still welcoming foot-passengers on board (when Brittany Ferries barred them from booking crossings on their Portsmouth-Le Havre line. Which is a disgrace) Mention Spéciale to the super friendly staff!

We left Dieppe early, the Café was open and we had a quite reasonable meal. We have used DFDS many times and have always been satisfied.
