Affordablesupplements Reviews

Great service from Affordable Supplements, great value and savings and deliveries are quick. Ordered on wednesday got protein on friday just in time before my otherone ran out

Would recommend 100%

The item arrived 4 days from ordering and in perfect condition. I am very pleased with the service and delighted with the price. I hope the Cherry Active will help my gout to the same degree.

My order hasn't arrived and I've emailed customer services and still had no reply, wouldn't use or recommend

Highly recommend using Affordable Supplements. Fantastic selection, great offers and excellent service.

When I saw the website I was thinking it was too good to be true.
Looked into it a bit more and they genuinely offer a massive choice of supplements, and other gym users goods at amazing prices.
Fast reliable well packed delivery that can be free or super fast for a few extra quid.
Also offer discounts and loyalty bonuses for repeat customers, which will include me!

I was very happy with my first order. However recently I have been less than impressed. I placed my order and paid for expedited delivery. Two days after the "guaranteed delivery date" had passed the items had still not arrived. No communication to inform me of any delay. I will be getting my supplements from a different supplier in future.

Second time in two months I have been let down by this company due to problems with supply of products. Have run out of supplements on both occasions due to deliveries taking a week to arrive and have had to chase up the orders due to lack of contact from company. Gave them benefit of the doubt after the first occasion but not sure I will again. So much for v.i.p customer.

found them very helpful and cheap

I ordered for next day delivery and paid the additional premium. When my delivery wasn't delivered in the agreed slot I called and learned that my order wasn't processed and they didn't have part of the order in stock. I received no phone call or correspondence that the order wouldnt be delivered. It took two calls back to get my order refunded.

Very poor service. Will not use again

Found what I wanted really quickly on the website & received my order witin a few days! Great value & great service!

Deliver the goods every single time. No hassles, great service. Can't beat em!!

I have been using them for the last 18 months. Delivery is quick. I had to call them when I had a problem with my pc and they were very helpful.

Quick turnaround and keen price - perfect !

I have recently ordered some protein and multi-vitamins! I paid for next day delivery... Granted, it was a Friday, so was not expecting it on the Saturday, however I paid for next day, hoping to get it on the Monday! I then received an e-mail, stating that next day was not available, so I could receive ten shipping cost back, or receive it in the form of loyalty points or with some protein bars.
I replied saying protein bars would be great. I do not know if they received my reply, as I have not had an reply back.
I also then e-mailed again, stating that I understand next day is not available, but when would my order arrive, just so I know how to plan my protein intake accordingly! Again, I have not had a reply.
It has now been 4 working days since my order and I do not know when it is going to arrive, unless it comes later today! I would appreciate contact to let me know when my order will arrive!
In relation to next day shipping not being available... I can only assume that this was down to stock levels... However, the website stated that the item was in stock and available for next day shipping,, so I am none the wiser as to why it was not available!

This is the second time I have bought from this shop, not many online stores have a good selection of vegan proteins at good prices and they did temp me with asn pre change as well, thanks

great priced supplements and good speed of delivery very well packed, no problems at all, will certainly use them again.

Good collection of supplements, all at the best prices I've seen on the web! The delivery was quick and I'm happy with everything I got!
