Reasonable offers
I feel the transactions are easy and the delivery is very quick which is great. I feel you could look at selling quest bars at a cost of £16/£17 you would make a killing and I personally would buy them and clients at my work would be keen on them too

Hi Steven
Thank you for your review, unfortunately we are unable to sell Quest bars as low as this, of course we would love to but it just isnt possible. We are very competetive on most brands and products and we will always try and match prices upon request, If you do see prices cheaper elsewhere you can always call us to check if we can do it for you. We appreciate your custom.
Kind Regards

Spot on
I have been using Affordable Supplements for a while now. Each and every time the service, delivery and price have been quality.
If, which is very rare, they don't have a product in stock, I have been notified asap and offered an alternative at same price, to wait to be notified when it'll be back in or to cancel. But never, do you feel left "in the dark".
They also offer great customer service, willing to answer questions and providing sound advice.
Top job AS,
Si

Wayne,
I agree with your last order - we had a genuine problem getting the stock however we did e-mail you about this. I am very sorry we let you down on this occasion, goes to show these things do happen. As you know we have added £5 worth of loyalty points to your account as way of compensation for the delay.
I hope you will give us the benefit of the doubt on this occasion and continue to use us in the future,
Best wishes

Good customer services
My first order with Affordable Supplements was unfortunately damaged by the couriers, and my expensive protein tub was shattered, pouring out everywhere.
A quick call to them sorted it out and had a replacement shipped to me the next day.
Very good service! :-)

Pleasure to deal with and great prices!
To be honest I was a Discount Supplements customer before, but there was a particular supplement I was after and they didn't have it, so that lead me to Affordable Supplements and boy I'm glad it did, I realised I had been paying a little too much for my gear even with paying postage for A.S my gear was cheaper (free postage with D.S). Also my last order from A.S wasn't fulfilled on arrival and I contacted them, with no hesitation they were able to explain to me the product I had ordered was currently out of stock and would follow on ASAP the guy I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating. I've given Affordable Supplements 5 stars because of their prices and communication, my only gripe would be the postage times are a little slow but I'm aware of this now and I just order my stuff that little bit earlier!

Its just that one little thing
Delivery great!, prices great!but for the last couple of orders there's always been something that's out of stock or back in stock in a few days, and that just takes the edge off another wise outstanding service.

Many thanks for taking time out to leave a review. I apologise for the stock issues and we take each and every review very seriously in order to listen to what our customers have to say. We have had a few issues with deliveries to us but this is now back to normal although we will always have the occasional problems due to fluctuations in orders. If you prefer, we can always take sales over the phone and give you instant stock levels to ensure you always receive your order the following working day :)
