Ordered stuff, money come out of bank then received email 2-3 days later saying it's out of stock.
Finally got the stuff I asked for the 2nd time but still got sent a large vest when I ordered a medium one.

Hi Andy - Massive apologies for this, let me look into this and get back to you shortly. I will certainly ensure you receive a full refund for the vest and you can keep the large one you did receive.
Speak soon,

Update:
Andy,
We had already refunded you for the cost of the vest on 13th January so in effect it was free. We are now calling you with a customer service gesture - very sorry it took a little longer to e-mail you - the order was processed as normal but when it came to dispatch we had a stock discrepancy on our system. I hope you can understand that these things happen from time to time, for which I apologise unreservedly, and that we can continue to be of service in the future.
Best wishes

Consistant quality
I have now used Affordable supplements a few times and although I cannot fault any other companies that I have used, these guys have been great which is why I have continued to use these.
Great selection of products and very good prices and if I have phoned the office with any questions then they have always been very friendly.
Top people.

AS Review
I have purchased products from this well run family business for many years. In 2005 its directors, both, gave time out to advice a way forward for my requirments & to this day maintain that personal service through management as the company has grown in size. In the new year no-doubt they will be busy like in the past, this also has not distracted there servicable knowledge from other members of staff. Their next day delivery, as always, meets a high standard that includes several different addresses across Europe & boader control been free of problems. Security of packaging is exceptional too which is relaxing as a regular monthly customer.Their own Brand products maintain their company`s quality control that suceed performance results of other manufactures. AS is a true value for money company. Merry Christmas & a Happy & Health New Year.

NICE PRODUCT BUT WHY DO NEW CUSTOMERS ALWAYS GET THE MONEY OFF
I like the product i ordered, i like the fact it got to me fast even on the free postage i selected however i'm less than happy that new customers always get the money off offeres.
I WANT TO GET MONEY OFF MORE THAN THOSE POINTS YOU CAN EARN AS THAT'S NOT AS GOOD AS REGISTERING AS A NEW CUSTOMER AND PRETENDING IT'S YOUR FIRST ORDER!!!!!

Hi Alex,
Sorry you feel that way, it is extremely difficult to please everybody and we offer points to our customers as well as the offers and voucher codes (such as the £3 off any order over £20.00 that is currently running 'DEC300')
As a regular customer you can always order over the phone and see what additional discount we can offer based on spend. On the basis that we fulfilled your order extremely quickly with free postage would you consider amending the rating you gave us?
Please do not hesitate to call if there is anything I can help you with,
Best wishes
