Absolutely disgusted with this company
Absolutely disgusted with this company, I was offered a free air fryer with my order in March, when my order arrived there was no air fryer, I telephoned the company (12p per minute!) and was told that it would arrive in April, when it didn't arrive in April I was told that I had to place another order to recieve it, which I did and still no air fryer came, instead I got a mosquito trap?! and a letter to say that the airfryer would not be coming back into stock!!

We do advise to allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery on all orders as they are shipped directly from our warehouse in France. Where the majority of orders are delivered in a quick and timely manner, we do also believe in setting expectations in order to avoid disappointment.

Takes too long to deliver.
France is not the other side of the world,so why does delivery takes so long.Being spoilt i guess having amazon prime.

As all our orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in France, we do advise to allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery. In most cases delivery is much quicker, but this all depends on logistics beyond our control.
