Good morning Afrisight. I was opportuned to find the withdrawal option available and I've been trying to withdraw but it has been given me issues. When I used the Sochitel option, it'll show top-up successful but it'll bounce back to my account and I've not been credited on my line either. I have been trying to up but it is bouncing back no top up yet, they should have PayPal withdrawal like the former Afrisight app, this one is hectic, and I hope they can improve for better.. I have trying sochitel top up and it is saying successful but not yet , no reflection of anything

Trying to withdraw with sochitel is a…

Trying to withdraw with sochitel is a headache, it just says successful but doesn't work. I've sent an email to support concerning bank transfer being unavailable and I was told the matter would be escalated but till now nothing. Support is basically non-existent. This is the second time I'm trying to withdraw, and to be honest the first time was relatively easy but maybe it's because it was before they upgraded to this new site. Please do better.

I have been trying to cash out airtime, but Reloadly is not working. I also tried Sochitel; it shows that the transaction was successful, but I do not receive the airtime, and the amount is later reversed.and also I have balance on my old afrisight but they have not been migrated uptill now

I remember I gave you 4 stars for a good work done by updating your payment options, I take that back why is it that just after less than a month you guys have switched back to what's many of your users where complaining about. Now the payment via bank and flutterwave has been taken off and the same problematic Reloadly has been brought back. Your reviews isn't encouraging at all and you keep making the same mistakes.
