Enamel bakeware is suitable for dishwasher use. Should the dish be hand washed, then a mild detergent must be used. This roaster is very robust and easy to clean, and not only is it great for roasting meat, it’s great for cooking loads of other dishes such as toad in the hole and also roasting veggies.
