Airline Ticket Centre.ca Reviews

It’s true she is very knowledgeable about travelling, quick and efficient in her work. But foremost, I always remember her as very approachable, warm and kind, even though she goes about it in a professional way.
She is quite discerning about the types of resort that would appeal to me but at an affordable price.
I appreciate that she always has my safety in mind too!
And I always go away feeling she has my personal interest at heart .

I ‘ve only dealt with three personnels over the years from airline tickets center, but I have observed that they have a very good public relationship with their clients.
They show personal interests in their customers and
are very good listeners while maintaining a perfessional decorum. I’ve even left feeling good and less stressed!

Just one click away and my vacation has been booked I don’t even have to see the office to get my tickets booked.
And then they called me to confirm the booking.
Definitely looking forward to book with you again thanks a lot

Pleasant, fast service, and extremely helpful.

Kari Pucci was very helpful in selecting and booking an all inclusive resort for my sister-in-laws wedding. It was a group of 20+ people, coming from all over Canada and Australia, and she was very patient in dealing with a larger group who had various request and last minute changes. All of our group's requests were honored and our stay at the Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo, in Riviera Maya, was amazing!

Kari’s quick response to any questions we have is amazing.
Attention towards detail.
Makes us feel protected in our decisions.
We love dealing with Kari and hope to have the opportunity many more times!

Our wonderful travel agent took the stress out of what could’ve been a very stressful situation. Weddings are issues enough, but having a out of the country wedding is a bigger deal she made myself and my guest feel great

Kari was quick to respond, took the time to understand our needs and got our family all-inclusive booked very quickly. She was very thorough with all the details and made the entire process very easy! After months of doing our own research and somewhat reaching a point of overwhelm / decision fatigue, working with a real, human travel expert was exactly what we needed!

Excellent service! Excellent recommendation and saved me some money!

Smooth online service and they phone to confirm your booking.

This was our second time booking our holiday through airline ticket centre with Kari. Kari narrowed down our options based on our preferences and the whole process was efficient and it was so nice not to worry about all the details.
We’ll continue to use their services!

Quick and easy interface, nice and professional service.

Hello I bought my ticket to Europe at August 6, 2023. I was nervous, because it was mine last minute decision. I had experience with Airline company before Covid, and it was the same great experience. Especially in Calgary office. I had a Great help from Michael Clark an agent from Airlineticket company. He very calm and helpful. I absolutely surprised when I booked a ticket, someone from company call me back and helped to reviled everything. Even Michael passionately waited when I have problem to figure out why my payment is not going through. Thank you very much Airlineticket company I will defiantly recommended your company to all my friends.

They take their time and explain all your options, which includes pricing, insurance, etc.

Judy did an amazing job finding us a terrific resort at a great price. Her professionalism is fantastic.

Fast and smooth experience, prices were relatively the cheapest compared to other websites and the airline website itself. Will definitely use them in the future. Michael was so friendly and helpful.
