Easy and very straightforward process. Definately worth paying the extra to park on the multi storey for quick and easy access to the terminal

Quick and easy, located a couple of minutes from the airport, leave a bit of extra time as the car park was busy so needed time to find a space. Woudlbuse again

First time used them and everything was so easy and straightforward would definitely use again

Easy to find, regular shuttle service so we didn't have to hang about for any length of time. And easy exit back to the main road upon exit. And as far as airport parking is concerned quite reasonable price

Very simple process from booking to home return at end of trip. Aberdeen not far away, allow some time to visit the city, easy bus ride away if you have a long w sit for a flight.
Included hotel B&B package worked well too.

We parked in Luton airport. We always do with no problems at all. Easy parked and find car after coming back

PLEASE DON'T USE THEM AT ALL - Airparks in Luton. We went away for 2 weeks and half, left the key and the car with them to park, everything was fine with our car when we left When we got back to collect our car, there was a puncture in the front tyre , how are we getting home, AP did help pumping up with air, we didn't want to take a risk driving back on motorway, changed to a spare, the manager had helped, he was saying the company take no liability, we went to Citroen garage next door for help, they was really helpful and forwarded us to Kwik fit, Chapel Street, Luton who have been our saviours, they've had a few cars from Airparks monthly with punchers. Kwik fit had told us the car had been driven on a flat puncture.

Thank you for the response but NO WE WILL NOT BE USING YOU IN THE FUTURE. We are couple of Hundred out of pocket, and the allegation made by Kwik fit Luton, one of guys have been driving the car with the flat tyre, what have you to say about that then, not impressed at all, LIES ALL LIES

We purchased the drop and go with added car valet.

Whilst the drop and go was relatively straight forward -albeit they dropped the car in middle of road and as we were loading baby and bags into the car they were hounding us to move the car (because we were blocking the road) - the key gripe is with the valet definitely not worth it!
Car seats got handed back with dust on them (we had to wipe them before sitting on them)
The external car was covered in water marks (like they just shook a hose at it) it was most telling that they hadnt bothered because the window still had the same bird mess on it (that we picked up on way to airport)
The valet said it wasn’t up to standard

Very straight forward booking process. The check-in guy and both bus drivers were great. All friendly and were clear on instctuons on what to do. Very happy and woulld use again. Location ideal and bus service perfect. Including being picked back up from the airport within a matter of minutes of me calling the number.

We used Airparks Express several times in Birmingham airport. Very good organised collection both ways. The journey to the airport takes no more than 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service , made everything extremely easy. Havent used one of these before but I’d definitely use these again

Quick to drop off and collect the car, fast shuttle to and from airport, prices are hi but better than the competitors. Recommend this parking company to all my friends and family members

We find parking at air parks very convenient when we are flying away somewhere

Used meet and greet Manchester no paper telling us where the car was parked on return 3 members of staff later located the floor our car was parked on the seat had been moved heater was on and window wipes had been used driving home realised my dash cam was switched of once home my husband discovered our dash cam from leaving home to return all data has been removed and it cannot be restored as the file is corrupted if you use this service I suggest you recorded your mileage I have reported this and am still waiting a response

Simple booking process, very competitive rates and good value, good easy to find site location, pre-arrival on-line check-in is good, efficient site entry and speedy guide vehicle to the parking zone, good shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Designated parking zone shown on return bus tickets.
Overall, it was a very good experience and no negatives.

The best parking place I have used so far and I was happy with the service, efficient service delivery and I would use it again and again
