Great experience as usual. Headed straight to the far end where there's always plenty of parking. Bus transfer arrived within 2 minutes. Friendly driver.
On our return the bus was there waiting, straight on and back at the car within 10 minutes.

I always use Airparks, regardless of location. Great service.

Airparks at East Midlands Airport were very good. I'd definitely use them again. Only one issue - on our arrival Airparks did not recognise my car registration despite my official confirmation? Their booking system drew up my previous car's reg - which I traded in over 3 year old?

Used meet and greet this week and had no issues at all everything went like clockwork staff at Birmingham airport were spot on ....thank you

The service was very smooth, during the check in and during the check out process. Brilliant service.
The bus comes very often and the car has been treated well.
It's not far from the airport and it's easy to find.

First time using airpark at Teesside Airport , easy to use app to book it , fair price , no hassle getting in or out and close to the airport

From parking to picking up my car, it was easy, uncomplicated and bus transfers reliable.

Totally stress free parking drop the car hop on the bus and arrive at the Airport that simple.

I booked this car parking for 2 weeks from the 10th june, with added electric charging, during the time I was away, checking my app for the car I could see that it hadn't been charged!! After numerous calls to the company car park with no answer and also holiday extras who assured me the car would be charged before returning home, once I returned home again as soon as we landed tried calling again numerous times and no answer, the car wasnt charged, which resulted in driving to the nearest services to charge my car for half an hour before completing my 2 hour journey home... after a 10hr flight this isnt acceptable. The car park attendant assured me that the manager would call me later that day, here we are 2 days later and still not heard from them!!!! Will never use this company again and will certainly not recommend this service

It was even better this time to be able to collect our car keys from the box inside the airport which helped after waiting over an hour for our luggage at 3am .

What 3 words sent us to the wrong car park consequently we ended up having to pay £350 to retrieve our car

The Cambridge Hotel was convenient for Gatwick and only £7 each way, cheaper than taxis and very efficient.
Checking in was breeze, every query answered professionally.
Good in the restaurant very nice and great service.

Booked Meet & Green at Birmingham International Airport this time as normal car park used was not available. The M & G car park was easily found however was further away than our usual car park. It was therefore harder to walk to departures/arrivals. On return and walking back to the car park, our car passed us. Generally a good experience.

Perfect location for the airport. Easy to find, plenty of clear signage and parking spaces and regular pick up from the complimentary bus.
