Having used Birmingham Airparks previously we booked again but this time the experience was not quite the same, we parked and the shuttle bus was waiting so that was good but the attitude of the driver towards a disabled passenger was appalling…luckily the passengers approaching the bus did not hear what he said!
On our return to the car park, in pouring rain, we got off at Zone 2 as stated on our tickets and looked for the car - no luck until we found it in Zone 3 by which time we were all soaking wet!
It’s quite hard to find/remember landmarks on these car parks unfortunately!

Easy signage to find the P12 car park at Manchester Airport and entry was faultless. However, it was a bit of a walk to T2, more than suggested on the Car Park Selection website.
That was the only disappointing part.

Park in the car and going to the airport was absolutely fine, it was the return. We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle bus. The first one came to South terminal and it was full of passengers being dropped off at North terminal and there was no room for us. Then I found my car had a flat tire. It had obviously not been checked.

Easy to book, great location for a walking-distance car park, easy to be read through the barrier by ANPR without having to scan code etc.

First class system,all personnel are extremely pleasant and helpful and the new return key system is excellent, wouldn’t use any other parking than meet & greet.

Avoid this company like the plague. Failed to turn up on the day. We arranged a park and ride with Airparks, only to discover that the number they left for is to call on was unanswered, despite calling over 15 times.

Easy to book and get to my parking, reasonably priced for security and piece of mind, no issues at all.

Excellent service for Luton Airport. Staff was on hand to assist booking in. Return flight was delayed but bus was waiting at 00.30h. Retrieving car was straight forward. Never had an issue with this company, which I have used many times

I've used Airparks multiple times & never had any issues... Until last night. I got into my car to find the back of the driver seat reclined, the seat itself was all the way back with the anti-submarine thigh extension pulled forward. Basically you absolutely wouldn't/couldn't drive a car with the seat in that position. The drivers side mirror had also been adjusted so it was facing the window. Also, the ventilated seat was on max as was the aircon, I believe someone had used it as a place to take a break from the heat over the weekend.

Since 3 years ago when first booked to Airparks, I use only their services when needed to go abroad. They are very polite, well prepared and covered all my needs related to park my car close enough for the airport. Easy to book, very convenient, safe, reliable, easy to drop-in/off my car and always good connection to/from the airport assured. Very pleased with them!

Used this company in edinburgh a few times. It's very efficient, and easy to use. The staff are helpful , we did not have to wait long for pick up or drop off. I'd definitely use them again.

Booked I Love Park & Ride at Gatwick North Terminal via Airparks. Price was very competitive and location of car park was excellent as just opposite the Travelodge, where we had an overnight stay the night before our holiday. Staff were extremely professional and very helpful and friendly on arrival and checking the car in was simple. However, there was a delay with the minibus picking us up on our return, but they kindly upgraded us to Meet and Greet instead so our car was delivered to the airport so we were able to quickly start our journey home. Car arrived clean and without any damage. I will definitely use them again when next flying from Gatwick

Very easy to use, good prices and access to all available car parks ; i always go through Airparks. Added benefit of being able to cancel if your plans change and at stansted, having the 6 hour grace window if yo are late.

Have used this company for some years and find it so useful. Check in car and drop off keys. Get ticket instructions for retrieval. Catch bus to airport and dropped off at Departures Doorway .On return.Catch bus from nominated bus stop. Get keys. Locate car. Drive home. Good for us with some mobility issues.
Can't be simpler.

I use this service on a regular basis and find it cost effective. Whilst there is a bus transfer it is literally right next to the airport which takes less than 5 minutes and drops you off right at the airport entrance door which is arguably easier than carrying suitcases across from the on site parking. Good reliable service.

Excellent service. We found a spot no problem. We didn't have to wait long for the bus to appear. 5 mins and we were dropped off at terminal just a 5 min walk to the entrance.
The journey home at 3.30am was just as quick, even though we were delayed due to waiting for baggage to be put on carousel. Top marks to premiair company
