Quick transfer to airport, easy booking

Excellent staff and very polite and helpful

We booked meet and greet for ease called 40 minutes before arrival when arrived at designated spot contacted to be told we had to be at the meet and greet in the airport itself so we paid £15 to get out and another £7. To get to the new area required called number again and was told that he was on way called several more times and was then told driver can’t come in airport so we had to drive 11 minutes away to another drop off point we was late for our flight and we are elderly customer with disabilities and the whole situation caused us grief! I will be claiming off my insurance to sue the arse off you! My trust pilot post will say the same and I hope no one ever uses you again absolutely shocking customer service your a joke Img parking

Easy to find, easy pick up from parking, easy collection from airport...just make sure you have email to hand, or take the card they give you to save any stress on landing.

The best parking across UK.

This is the second time I’ve used this car park and the staff are so friendly and chatty and helpful. Parking spaces are tight but you’d expect that from a premium location right by the terminal. Smooth arrival and departure and won’t hesitate to use again. In winter I will use the terminal walk-to car park but as the prices go up in the summer I’m happy to revert to this one. Not sure I’d pay more for the premium service, as it’s the same car park essentially. All in all it’s a trusted place to leave your vehicle for the time you’re away and i would recommend.

I thought the timing of the mini bus worked well. It was well organized when entering the car park. The supervisor had everything under control and pointed us to the nearest space available. The return pick up worked well however I had to remove everyone else's suitcases from the minibus luggage compartment to get my suitcases that were at the bottom. Then put everyone else's cases back with no help from the driver. I think the driver should have assisted or at least organized the loading of the suitcases in the best order before leaving the airport.

The car park was easy to find. The shuttle bus was extremely convenient, we didn't even have to wait for it.

It’s easy to park and conveniently located near the airport. The transfer to and from the airport is quick and efficient. I’ll definitely use it again.

There was no accessible parking near the reception area, do I parked up and ready and willing to move my car. Staff rude. Staff unhelpful. Was told to walk up the car park to where bus was parked. Despite me wearing a Sunflower Lanyard there was no offer of help. Website stated that when bus arrives driver will take you bag and load it onto the bus. This was not the case, had to do it myself. Driver on outward journey to airport was too busy talking to a colleague and no interaction with passengers apart from to advice correct stop on return.
Driver on return journey was better, happy and cheerful.
Waited 30 mins after arriving to wait for the bus and had to call. Airparks had two buses leave within this time!Yes it’s closer to airport but will not use again!

So easy to use and I love that you can keep your keys.Nice and close to departures and nice drivers.Everything runs so smoothly,I like that your not waiting for ages when you get in the bus.

Very bad service, offer me the parking address: Arrive at Park & Ride, Eaton Green Road, LU2 9HD. the post code is wrong, and when I arrive there, the gate was closed. my flight near departure, I have to park on other places, and paid double for my 5days parking. around £170. Please strong recommendations everyone please don't used this services. you will like me paid for double charges for the holiday parking.
