The staff is very polite and helpful. Is never more than two or three minutes waiting. The location is perfect, not far away from airport.

Best service with a very friendly staff 10/10

I paid £104 fir a weeks parking. I received the postcode to follow. This initially took me to a council tip round the back of the car park. Not a great start. I think this is a. Immondizia occurrence as the tip staff knew exactly what had happened. I eventually found my way to the barrier. Took my ticket and parked. On my return from Kos @0130 I tried to exit the car park only to be told I was at the wrong one. I had to pay another £70 to exit. I have emailed this company to demand a refund ( it was their postcode I followed. No clear sign to show I was at the wrong car park ) but I have heard nothing. If you are flying from Luton may I suggest you use the official LLA car park

Really great service. The staff were all very friendly and waiting at entrance to check us in. Whilst we waited 5 minutes or so for the bus the staff came out of the office to ask if we wanted to come inside and sit down. We declined as bus was soon coming but very impressed they offered and made an effort to ask. Bus driver made sure everyone was all on board and all okay before we set off to check we hadnt left anything in the car. Car park is so close to airport.

Great service. Easy to find parking with brilliant customer service. Reliable shuttle to the terminal and ease of navigating to free spaces. Great value for money.

It was fine and straight forward. The shuttle to the airport was quick. We had to load our own suit cases into the bus, would have been nice if the driver or staff got out to help. Apart from that I would book again.

Really straightforward- directions worked perfectly (unlike my last experience with Purple Parking), parking was easy, immediate pickup to terminal.
When we returned the bus was waiting and left very quickly, 4 mins to car park and car was exactly as we had left it. No fault with this service.

Great very easy

Really poor
If you pre-book parking on arrival 50% of the time the automatic barrier doesn't open.
Calling the attendant doesn't help.
They demand that you take a ticket even if you have a booking reference and can see a payment has already been taken.
Customer service just push you around if it looks like a refund is due.
Now going to the credit card company for a change back.
Parking a Luton airport should not be run by these people.
My experience is over 7 flights so not just a single trip
