Edit: if the information provided wasn’t wrong I’m sure my experience would’ve been better. However, the fact remains the same. I was sold broken goods (nothing to do with a co2 capsule testing. Faulty trigger mech. Very easily discovered has the product been tested. Clearly not.) misinformed about where to send the item resulting in it being destroyed. No excuse really is there

Son, nephew and brother had a great experience at the site as first timers. Marshals were very easy going and really helpful. Very knowledgeable and were great at giving tips and advice on getting our own equipment. Would highly recommend this site.

Ordered a PPS K98 on the Thursday just after 9am, it was shipped before midday and arrived at me the next morning which was very much appreciated. I am very happy with my purchase, was well informed on progress and cant fault the service I received. Well recommended!!

Fast delivery. Excellent product

Very poor customer service. Order placed on 9th of October 2024 AirsoftWorld branch Slovenija. Just got info that the package will be shipped. The only contacts are for scottish HQ. Since then , I was not able to get the update after several emails, I got just one response after one week saying that they will contact slovenian branch office. I also called them , haven't received any update at all.

Straight forward no nonsense transaction always works out positively.

Speedy response to questions via social media. The transparency shown in highlighting the flaws in the product once discovered and the commitment to resolving the issue. In fact without these guys the product would still be faulty. Kudos earned, Kudos given. Will deffo be hunting for more kit here.
