nice idea but poor execution.
the designs and ideas are good but the finished product not so much. the material used leaves a lot of small parts of the hoodie on tshirts and makes anything stick to it i would say if the material was improved 4.5/5

This can happen sometimes and does do so with lots of fleece back products in the marketplace.
We wear them here everyday and have many happy customers. This will be resolved once washed.

That's right. We do not offer exchanges. You need to return the goods and then re order what you require. It's quite normal these days with many major companies. It's to do with the logistics.
