Honestly, I was a little nervous before placing the order because getting clothing made exactly the way you want it can be hit or miss. But Alanic surprised me in a good way.

The quality was better than I expected, especially the fabric and overall finish. What I appreciated most was that the team actually listened when we asked for changes instead of just pushing through the order.

There were a few back and forths during the process, but the communication was good and they kept us updated. When the final shipment arrived, seeing everything together was genuinely a great feeling. It looked like what we had in mind when we started.

Not everything was perfect, but overall it was a really positive experience, and I'd be comfortable ordering from Alanic again.

Took money and sent me a shipping update saying the item was about to be posted, then disappeared. Heard no response back from my emails, tracking information has disappeared, website now says “are you the website owner?” Reported to my bank.

Fast shipping and great customer service made my experience perfect. Everything was smooth, from ordering to delivery. I was so happy with my first order that I bought again. Totally recommend!

I ordered the Adidas Spezial sneakers from here and was really impressed. They arrived quickly and were exactly as described 100% genuine Adidas Spezial. Great fit, great style, and totally authentic. Highly recommended!

Not even one star! Bought two pairs of shoes for 97€ that never arrived. The alleged tracking number doesn't allow tracking. No refund for credit card payment! No buyer protection. The worst shop!

It has just changed identity to avoid delivering goods for which it has received payment and is using fake Trust Pilot reviews to generate consumer confidence.

They will no doubt disappear shortly and change into something else.

Avoid at all costs.

Scam, I order two pairs of trainers and send me something that looks nothing like on their pictures. At no time I was made aware the product was fake and they want to keep my money telling me it was discounted product and I don’t qualify for a refund

Ordered trainers from them two weeks ago. After 8 days I asked for an update. They said they'll be arriving soon. Still nothing and no reassuring emails to enable me to track them.
