It’s still early days in my mortgage journey, but I genuinely cannot recommend Lucy at Alexander Hall enough.

Before speaking with Lucy, I had contacted another mortgage broker who didn’t carry out any detailed checks and simply told me I wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage. I was feeling quite disheartened and didn’t think I would get anywhere, but I decided to contact Alexander Hall as a last chance.

That’s when I was introduced to Lucy, and I’m so glad I was. From the very first conversation, Lucy was absolutely amazing. She took the time to complete a thorough and detailed call, gathered all of my information, and went away to explore possible mortgage options rather than making assumptions.

Lucy was incredibly efficient, quick to respond, and kept me feeling positive throughout the process. Thanks to her hard work, I now have an agreement in principle, something I genuinely didn’t think would be possible.

I have complete confidence in Lucy and will definitely be continuing the process with her. I have no doubt that she will continue to be supportive, professional, and amazing throughout the journey. Thank you so much, Lucy, for giving me hope and helping me take this important step.

I couldn’t recommend Alexander Hall enough after they helped me secure my first ever mortgage. Although I was initially quite wary that Alexander Hall was connected to Foxtons (my real estate agents), I personally didn’t experience any conflicts of interest and if anything, it made the whole experience a lot smoother.

As a first time buyer with a tight timeline, my broker, Ahmed Ali, was a real blessing. Not only was Ahmed incredibly efficient and dedicated to finding me the best offer possible; he was also extremely patient in helping me to understand my financial situation better and all the jargon that comes along with getting a mortgage offer.

I also really appreciated how Ahmed went above and beyond to communicate with my real estate agents and solicitors, to ensure things were moving forward quickly.

I don’t think I could have found a better person for the job. I’m beyond grateful!
