We are first time buyers with a low deposit and our broker, William Storey was fantastic from start to finish. His communication was exemplary, he kept us updated every step of the way and explained things in terms we could understand without being patronising. He genuinely wanted the best for us and even contacted us and worked late into the evening to secure our mortgage before interest rates increased. He really went above and beyond. The consummate professional, highly knowledgeable, trustworthy, dependable and friendly. I could not recommend William highly enough and we will be using him for all of our future financial matters.

Its our second time using services provided by Alexander Hall Mortgages. Especially Bradley Lodge and his team. Could not praise Bradley enough for his professional and transparent approach to the whole process. Despite a small hiccup he managed to secure a mortgage for us in a very short space of time.
