Simon (and everyone I spoke to) at Alexander Hall were very helpful during mortgage application process, which progressed smoothly. He was very knowledgable, proactive in his communication, and highly responsive, so I felt like I was always kept in the loop. He, and along with the rest of the staff, were a delight to talk to as well. Very happy to recommend them!

My experience with Will has been excellent. He was so knowledgable, friendly and fast - what more do you want from this process. For purchasing a flat as first time buyers, we worked with Alexander Hall both to secure our Mortgage as well as working out our insurance needs to protect ourselves financially. Both our mortgage broker Jack as well as our insurance brokers Rowan & Rebecca were super helpful and were a great support in getting this over the line. I can't recommend Graeme Lockwood enough! I had an exceptionally complicated case and spent three frustrating months dealing with three different brokers to no avail. I was ready to throw in the towel, but Graeme stepped in confidently assured me it could be done which for a second I thought was too good to be true. But remarkably he secured an offer in just four days. Four days! I wish I came across this firm 3 months ago, I'd have saved a ton of energy and invaluable time. If you are looking for an honest, results-driven broker who actually delivers Graeme and his team are the absolute best.
