I am a business admin trainee at Parent Pathways Mrael and I have recently been in contact with James and Jordon from Alffie. They have been super helpful with any requests I have regarding Participants that we have helped sign up. It has always been as easy as just sending an email stating the details and they are more than happy to assist which make our team very grateful. Alffie is definitely one of the supports we recommend to participants or potential participants due to the happy feedback we have received from previous enrollments. We are very appreciative of their support and assistance every time we need it.

The situation I had was a bit tricky, but it was dealt with promptly and efficiently by James and Jordan.
they were able to provide me with details needed from the student to move forward with accessing their account.

Elanor is a wonderfully funny, kind and patient Assessor. I am extremely thankful that she is there to calm me down and lift me up. I am appreciative of the time and effort she gives me as my neuro-spicy tends to overrides my logic and leads me down a rabbit hole of confusion and despair. That is when Elanor lasso in hand, pulls me back and puts me on the right track. Thank you. Lyn

James and Jordan are amazing to deal with. They are prompt with responses and no matter what the question or what is needed they are more than happy to help and do it with a very fast response. They make it extremely easy to deal with alffie for both us as a provider and also for the students we put through. Nothing is to difficult for them to help with. I highly recommend Alffie with the support that is offered to Providers and Students

I am studying Certificate 111 in Individual Support. I have found my assessor, Laila, to be very supportive and helpful. She encourages me to keep going, especially when my assessment was returned to me for resubmission. I am very grateful for the support and encouragement I am receiving.

I met my assessor Reema today for my role play assessment. Reema acted professionally in the meeting with me.

I recently completed the Certificate III in Business (Medical Administration) through Alffie. The online, self‑paced delivery was a major advantage, allowing me to work and study at a pace that suited my schedule. My assessor, Elanor, was especially wonderful — she was kind, supportive, and very accommodating of my learning style and needs. The course content was relevant and useful, particularly for those entering medical administration. As with any online program, there are always small areas that could be refined, but overall the experience was positive and has contributed meaningfully to my professional development.

I'm studying childcare and the alffie support team have been great. My assessor Kymberley has been very helpful with assisting me with my studies, as she is friendly and has a uplifting demeanor. This has made me feel more positively encouraged going through my studies into the future. 😊

It was very easy and the information to complete my modules was very accessible!

After completing my work placement and needing to complete my workbook and timesheet. My course leader, Mario, pulled out all the stops to help me.
Mario was very patient with my queries, provided detailed information on what I needed to do and he was very knowledgeable when helping on specific questions I was stuck on.

My overall experience learning at Alffie with Mario as my course leader was fantastic!

James and Jordon have been very helpful in the role and have assisted us when we needed. They are always polite and well mannered and and go above and beyond to assist us at sites.

The structure and information and resources are very good on the whole and the website it easy to navigate. Some of the material has errors in it, I'd like to see that corrected as it was a little distracting at times.
The Role Play Support I received from Chelsea was so good, she made me feel at ease doing the Role Plays (my least favorite thing to do) and although I dreaded them I knew she would lead me well. She is such a good actress. Chelsea does a wonderful job and is very experienced and knowledgeable regarding all the aspects of the Intro to Aged Care. She always had good advice, good resources at her fingertips and was very encouraging. She is a lovely person and great at her job. Thank you Chelsea you are a star.

James and Jordon were so helpful and sorted everything I needed straight away. As an employment consultant, they made my job easy! Both were so so friendly and made everything go smoothly for me. 5 stars to both of them :)
