I was promised a 50.00 credit as promotional sign up ...all connect signed me up with spectrum internet 80.00 service promotional price 50.00 a month for 12 months ....all connect salesman said I would receive 50.00 credit for first month and I would just have to pay 20.00 installation fee for first month ......but now I have bill with spectrum for 70.00 for my first month ..I have been on the phone with all connect customer service to resolve this and they were sending to team leaders and they would call me back once they observe phone call taken on May 2 ..2026 for Michael Stilen indigo apt . 801 chestnut st Clearwater Florida ...today is the 20 of May ..I just called customer service at allconnect again and they had to send a new email to team leaders to review this again and was told they would call me to resolve this ....but I am still waiting for team leaders to look at this ...very sad I was promised the promotion and not receiving it....spectrum says allconnect is the only one to resolve this matter .....so I am not happy till this gets resolved ...please help!

My name is Eusevio. Earlier today, I spoke with one of your representatives by phone to inquire about fast internet service in my area. I was informed that, aside from Spectrum, the only available option is AT&T Internet Air.
I clearly stated during the call that I am not interested in AT&T Internet Air, as I understand it to be slower than my current provider, Spectrum. Despite this, the representative continued to push the service even after I declined multiple times.
After ending the call, I received an email prompting me to complete an internet setup. I want to make it absolutely clear that I did not agree to any service, order, or installation.
If I receive any bill, equipment, or further communication suggesting that an order was placed, I will dispute it immediately and take appropriate action.
Please confirm that no order has been processed under my name.

The call was fun and pretty cool. The problem is, I said, I don't move in until May 13th and not to order it right now to schedule the order for it to come on May 13th. Well, the order is coming on May 5th and I will not be living in that apartment on May 5th. So now i'm stuck with I don't know how gonna get my equipment.That's why I gave a three star, otherwise she would have got a five star.
