Overwork employees with minimum wage and give empty promises, if they could treat their workers this way how can they be reliable in what they are doing?

They don't communicate with the buyer at all. The form for communicating on their site is fake. Avoid this site!!!

wow wow wow....i am a new customer and i must say ive received 100% 5* customer service, rapid response to queries, fantastic prices and discounts given, will definately be shopping at all day pharmacy again

I ordered on Sunday, you need to pay via bank transfer. I received a confirmation that they have received the payment but they still haven’t updated the status or sent the order. They tried to call me but then I tried to call back and no one answered. Terrible service

Chose AllDayPharmacy (aka AllDayAesthetics) because their prices for insulin syringes was the best I found, and I have ordered from them a few times.

The service is fine and product arrives in good time.

However, a particular sales rep keeps calling me to ask me "how my stock is", whether I need to order any more, and tell me about promotions on other products etc.

I've asked several times, both on the phone to him, and by email, to stop bombarding me with sales and marketing calls, and one time, he simply hung up on me, and when I followed up with an email to reiterate that I don't want these calls, he promised to delete my phone number and to stop these calls to me.

However, when I went to order again, I discovered that he'd actually deleted my account, so I had to re-register, and this time, I put my phone number in slightly wrong, in an attempt to avoid further sales calls.

Today, he called me again with another sales/marketing call, so he obviously hadn't deleted my number as promised, and when I reminded him of our previous communications about these nuisance calls, he claimed not to remember.

I won't be using this company again and have just ordered from another supplier, and I've had to block the AllDayPharmacy sales rep's number.

Also, their prices have increased sharply, so no longer the best value.

My tip is, if you are going to order from this company, supply a fake phone number if you don't want to constantly get sales and marketing calls.

UPDATE: Despite being assured multiple times that my account and number have definitely been deleted and I will definitely not receive any more nuisance sales calls, and me blocking any number that has called me from this company, I am STILL getting sales calls from them!

They've used a different mobile number this time, which I've now blocked as well, but they really do take the biscuit with nuisance calls!

I've used AllDayChemist over the years (as have family & friends) happily. We primarily order Latisse and occasionally other skincare/medicines. They were originally suggested to me by staff at my dermatologists office. Their prices are so reasonable and shipping can be a bit slow but as expected since I'm in the States.

Would leave zero rating if there was an option! Avoid buying anything from this seller !

ordered 12 bottles of CHOCOLATE ensure vitamin mikshake, got 12 bottles of vanilla!! its behond me how somebody can get chocolate and vanilla mixed up! i suggest maybe somebody needs specsavers in your workplace 😎

Ordered 2 bottles of hibiscrub . when recieved only one bottle recieved. Packaging was opened . Sent the pictures of opened packaging as requested. Still waiting for refund or replacement. Havent heard from them since past 2 months. Pls do not order from all day pharmacy. All they do is keep the money rather than sorting your problem out.

The items I ordered (Inadine dressings) were good value compared to buying over the counter, however, as I ordered them on a Friday evening this seemed to cause excessive delay, as I didn't receive the items until the following Thursday, despite paying for first class postage.
This is the reason for the 4 stars rather than 5.

My go to supplier for Insulin Syringe's for my 20 year old cat - super service, even in these troubling times. 5 stars every time!

Brilliant. Had recently used them to order syringes for my dog, however the ones I really wanted they do not stock (Nor do any in England). I had tried on various sites without success and then rang AllDaypharmacy last Friday 15 May. Matt informed me they do not stock but he would try and get them and to ring on Monday. Well Matt had tried and eventually managed to source from another country then had to find a Wholesaler in England who could supply. Matt rang me Tuesday to say ready to ship and I got on Wednesday 20 May.

Absolutely First Class service from Matt, Alanah and Team.

Do not order from this company, let’s you order out of stock items without telling you they are out of stock, then keeps your cash.

Stay clear of them!

Great price for syringes and prompt delivery.

I have used this company for ages now and they are always very quick and reliable in dispatching orders and I will carry on using them in the future and would recommend them without hesitation

Use ALL DAY PHARMACY, because I find their prices reasonable and delivery is always a couple of days after ordering . Also they solve one of my order with great speed .
