Over six months since my local council changed to this company for care payments. Still they haven't have sorted the problem with her her account so we can make payments using the computer. At times it appears to accept the payment instruction but nothing gets done.

Absolutely disastrous removal of an efficient reliable tried & trusted smartphone app & website, with the most deplorable replacements. In every respect of user friendliness it is four red buzzers from the judges in Britain's Got IT Talent for both the web interface and the app. Neither should have been rolled out for general use before the serious issues around unreliability when logging in to the smartphone app and rubbish layout in the web interface were resolved. In the meantime I have wiped all clean from my devices and using my landlord's 0800 telephone service that enables me to pay my bargain basement London rent as easy as dialling 999.

Redesigned a perfectly functional website to add unnessecery fluff.
Turned a 30 second process into a 5 minute one because they wanted to add stupid animations, popup boxes and side-panels THAT DIDN'T NEED TO EXIST.
I use you to pay my goddamn rent, NOTHING MORE. What brilliant "designer" decided to add 20 button clicks to a website that needed at most: 5?!
The only redeeming thing this [colourful word of choice here] redesign has managed to accomplish is you've learned how to use HTML in the email receipt that makes it easier to read the details.
Old website: 3 boxes. Who you want to pay. The card, and a text input for CCV. Amount to pay: text input with preset amount. Then "Pay now".
New website: click make payment, click person to pay, click card to use, click continue, click confirm, add CCV, click continue, click into payment box, change amount, click continue, click review, click confirm again.
I'd rather get soaked with rain every week paying things in person than use the atrocity of a redesigned website; and no, I wont use your app either. Not everything needs a goddamn "app"! (shock horror; not everyone lives glued to their dumbphones!)

Exceptional customer service from Liz!
I came on the phone overwhelmed, stressed and emotional. Liz was extremely patient with me and talked me slowly and gently through the entire process, showing understanding with my distress. She explained everything that confused me, along the way too. As a result, I now feel totally equipped and confident to manage payments through the portal. I had a dispute about a payment that was taken from my bank account but not put into my rent account I’ve been using Allpay to pay my rent for quite a few years now & this is the first time that anything like this has happened & I’ve had to contact Allpay with a dispute from my first phone call to Allpay the young lady called Romy who I spoke to was absolutely amazing she listened to my explanation of the situation without trying to jump in like some others have done she was very patient & understanding of my situation she went through things with me after which she set in place a clear plan of action to resolve the issue yes there was a few emails going back & forth after the phone call for a couple of days but at no point did I feel like I was being shoved to one side as Romy kept me informed on what was happening which I was grateful for it’s all been sorted now I’d like to thank Romy for her assistance in this matter & glad that it was her that I first spoke to & would give her 10/10 for all of her effort in dealing with this & for treating me like a person & not just a case number 😁

I had made a double payment for my rent using Allpay’s website, I should have checked my bank before making the second payment after I thought the first one hadn’t gone through so instead of calling my housing as you can never get through to the correct team I called allpay support line my call was picked up instantly and I spoke to a friendly lady I didn’t get her name, I explained I needed my money back otherwise I wouldn’t be able to buy shopping at weekend and she was very apologetic advised there was an issue and that if I provided my bank details I could get a refund instantly, true to her word once I emailed all my details I had a refund instantly my bank within 2 hours it’s absolutely marvellous for a company to own up to their mistake and support the customer so efficiently and to make the journey of what I thought was going to be a nightmare so easy, well done allpay your customer service is excellent I personally could not fault anything.

First time using allpay and making a payment. I phoned and spoke to Libby who was fabulous and so helpful and she guided me through the process on the correct website and emailed me straight away with the link. Libby stayed on the phone whilst I accessed it to ensure all was ok. Such a helpful and friendly person many thanks. I did then have a concern that my payment hadn't gone through so I phoned and spoke to Leia who was so patient and helpful and guided me through the payment process to ensure that I was doing it correctly. Leia also confirmed from her side that the payment had gone through. Outstanding customer service from them both and the explained everything so clearly. Allpay you are very lucky to have two such amazing members of staff. Thanks again

I had much difficulty for over a month, as my email address which was sent to Allpay by the local authority was incorrect and had to be resolved. The support and reassurance given by the Allpay team was excellent.
Once this was resolved, I unfortunately had log-in problems. Ruby Morgan was so patient, kind and supportive in this matter. I feel she went above and beyond to help me and solved the problem. As well as emailing me, she also contacted me by telephone to ensure things were working for me, and she also supported me with online payments.
I cannot thank her enough; she is a credit to the Allpay company and most definitely a strong ambassador of the 'brand'. Thank you, Ruby Morgan :)

I could not get any money from the allpay prepaid card. so I phoned a number I had from my local council who helps with the prepaid card. There I spoke to Wendy - well she was a life saver. She did everything to sort out my problem and pay the payee. Yipee and thank you Wendy

Utter useless app ! regularly spend three or four times trying to pay rent.On confirming payment with bank and returning to allpay, the page resets.
