Excellent prices... for a reason
Hard to beat on price but that's for a reason. Have made several orders from All Rounder over time, sometimes bats, sometimes gloves, sometimes boots etc. My gut feeling as that the reason their prices are so low is that they are sometimes taking manufacturer-defected products wholesale at bargain prices and distributing them at regular sale prices, making a very tidy profit by doing so.
The Grade 1 bats I've received from them are never quite right in terms of quality, whether that be the springiness of the blade, the condition of the edges or handle flexibility. They aren't the kind of the quality you would expect for the range/grade, but they are the kind of quality you would expect for the price, if you catch my drift.
The gloves I purchased were DSC's top of the line but the RH thumb is stitched on poorly and at an odd angle, making them a slightly uncomfortable wear. They were half price compared to RRP and significantly cheaper than could be found elsewhere. I guess this is the reason why.
If you're looking for cheaper intermediate gear, it's OK. If you're looking for top-of-the-line products, pay the extra and go elsewhere. No matter what they say they're selling, it's never quite what you expect it to be.
Rubbish customer service
To start with the site offered a discount code, BF2023. It didn’t work so another family member tried, again didn’t work but we ordered anyway. Used the contact form to ask why the discount didn’t work- no response at all. Left it a couple of days and asked again. No response again. Used facebook messenger and had a quick reply asking how they could help. Explained and no further reply. Lastly, £5.99 postage and packaging for one cricket ball!!!
Money Taken Product Not Delivered
Truly awful customer service. 1 month on from a partially delivered order, 5 or 6 emails ignored. Money taken and 2 products missing.
Still not received my order or a reaponse
I have placed an order over 10 days ago and heard nothing from the company since. They have my money and I have not received my goods. I have emailed 3 times and heard nothing back. I have called both stores and the phone just rings off the hook. Does anyone know how I can contact them and get my money back?
No communication, stolen money
They have not responded to a returned faulty cricket bat and failed to respond to me for the last 3 months, they have my bat and my money.

Great Customer Service
Ordered a cricket bat for my son on the All Rounder Cricket website, well priced and easy ordering process.
Got a call from Matt in their customer service team the next day to say thanks for the order but they weren’t happy with the quality of the bat so didn’t want to sell it to me.
As no others of this make and model in stock, Matt took time to go through the options available and make his recommendations. Really easy to deal with him and the whole process was very positive. Talked through a few other options and kept me informed when the bat was dispatched.
Based on this very good experience, I will happily recommend All Rounder Cricket.
Ordered cricket shoes a month ago
Ordered cricket shoes a month ago, got the wrong size, sent them back but despite multiple emails and calls I can’t get a response or confirmation of having the replacement pair sent.
Just no need for such poor service.
Purchased a large Gray Nicolls duffle…
Purchased a large Gray Nicolls duffle cricket bag at the end of December for my son. He only started using it at the start of this summer season. Already there are two large areas where the zips are coming away from the seam leaving large holes in two of the compartments. Customer service replied there is nothing they can do as the purchase is beyond the 6 month manufacturing warranty. Poor quality item if it can’t even last one summer cricket season. Poor customer service not offering a refund or the option to get it repaired. Won’t use this company again.
6 weeks and No times
Placed an order for 3 items nearly 6 weeks ago. Received no items at all. Have received a couple of responses from customer service about my items but as of yet no items have been shipped or received. Truly deserve this 1 star review along with the others they are collecting. Whoever is running this company needs to take a long hard look at how they are operating because it’s truly shocking.

had a pair of wicket keeping gloves that split along the fingers after only 5-6 games haven't been able to call them and haven't heard from them in regard to how they intend on rectifying this problem very poor communication pay a little extra and get better customer service else where
Allrounder awful…
Allrounder is an awful company to deal with. No after sales service, rude staff, cannot speak to anyone on phone, don't reply to emails and warranty info not displayed clearly. Purchased cricket boots in November for a Christmas present, obviously not used until April, worn twice and stud casings totally came away and they won't replace because they say that they are outside the 6 month warranty.
Customer Services made contact and were very apologetic. I have received my order and am very happy with the quality of the items.0

Awful customer services and reading the other reviews, I'm not hopeful I will receive my items.

Bought cricket shoes for a birthday present in May! They sent me 2 left shoes. Been trying to get in touch via phone, email and online chat since to no avail. Absolute sham. If they can receive your order they can receive a email. Not interested no customer service.

Shocking customer service
Like others have commented, their customer service is appalling. I ordered some cricket pads, but unfortunately they are the wrong size and need to be returned. The website says to email them to discuss the return, but despite having sent four emails and tried to contact them several times via the live chat function, I am getting no response, so I have no idea how to go about returning them, or have any comfort that I will receive a replacement/refund should I take it upon myself to just return the goods without awaiting confirmation. Why oh why do companies insist upon email communication if they ignore all emails, it's so frustrating.

Don’t bother!
As a few other reviews have written, received order no problem. Returns policy instructs you to email them first which I did on the day of delivery. No response to email. So another email sent. A third email has now been sent still no reply to any. I have also used the online chat which no one has responded to. I have messaged on Facebook still no reply. I am now going to drive to their store in Sheffield to return in person and take this further! Absolute joke! I am now past my 14 day return but that will not stop me, I have followed their policy and they cannot even respond!
Sloppy service, zero customer service.
As others have already stated, shocking customer service. Well, no customer service really.
Was sent the wrong sized item. Double checked the order which was the correct size so a clear error on their part.
Ne response to email. Phoneline directs you to the online support from website. Left multiple messages on there as nobody available to chat to and again zero response.
I have dealt with plenty of reputable cricket resources online and never had an issue.
Will never use again.

I bought a cricket bag for £97.99 which broke after 2 uses. I eventually managed to get a refund form, however, I had no refund yet, that was 2 weeks ago!
A satisfactory ending to a hopeless situation.
Well let me begin with the fact that I never received my goods and had to buy it from elsewhere but through no fault of All rounder cricket. Their courier leaves a lot to be desired and most probably costs them a lot in reputation and costs of lost goods but their service in rectifying my situation was handled as well as I could expect. I received a full refund and was kept informed by Laura all the way. Thanks for the service but you really need to change your courier, Evri are letting you down as a business, big time!

Card charged, nothing sent.
I placed an order and received an error message after my payment had been processed. I received no order confirmation from the company. I used live chat (only way of contacting them and only available for a few minutes a day) and they claimed the order had been placed. Over a week later and nothing. I sent a request for a refund via their “leave a message” section and they have not responded. An absolute scam.
