So I won't 700 $ made a withdrawal and it was pending for over a week now it's just disappeared i tried to contact them they have no chat support or contact number I want a ledger of my activity witch will prove I made the withdrawal not impressed

Im not sure about the negative reviews but I been winning and getting paid while losing which is what this is all about, winning and losing. Provide the right ID and you should be fine.

My next step to collect will be Posting on Social Media, plus filing a fraudulant police report as there is no reason for not being paid. This is a follow up on my last review of All slots Casino.
I made a withdrawal on March the 18th of 2,000.00
They then claimed they needed verification documents even though my dashboard stated that no verification was required at this time. I sent in documents at least 6 times. After writing the last review, I was sent another email address to send my documents to which I did. I was then sent an email 7 days again stating that my documents had been verified. I was then expecting to be paid the $2,000.00 but to date this has not happened. I have sent 2 more emails requesting payment and have not heard from anyone.
My next step will be to find out who regulates this online casino and what the penalties will be when I report them . I know it is a fortune lounge group casino so I will take it from there. Bad Experience
Update; I have lodged a complaint with the proper authorities. Next will be a fraud police report. I won the money, pay it out

READ THE COMPLICATED FINE PRINT. They don't clearly let you know how many credits you have to play through before being able to withdraw!! Their examples are hard to understand and no matter how long you play. I won over $200 and wasn't able to withdraw a penny. Never play this slot app. It is most definitely a rip off.

I'm very disappointed with All Slot Casino. I created an account long time ago, but then forgot I have an existing account and I created a new account and deposit money in it and played with it. But later on, out of nowhere they locked my new account and didn't refund to me saying that my account was a duplicate. They unlocked my original account that has zero money instead of unlocking the new one with the money. All in all, I don't trust this casino anymore and afraid of making a new deposit and they lock my account again and maybe for no reason. They have to make a refund for people before they lock their accounts even if the amount is $10, for example.

Everything has changed in regards to withdraws .I have been a member since 2014 and only since 14/07/23 have I had issues withdrawing $500. Honestly wouldn’t have taken much to keep me as a customer because it’s pretty straightforward site.
