I have sisterlocks 2.5years old. The products are great. My partner loves the smell of my hair. My hair is soft and glossy. When I had some issue with my order it was dealt with without delay. And the hand written love notes makes it even more special.

Did not see much difference to my son or my hair. however, the products smell sooo good.

This was my first ordering from Almocado. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. I ordered the baby locks starter package since I’m 6 months into my Sisterlocks journey. The shampoo cleanses my hair and smells wonderful. The peppermint spray also moisturizes my hair and gives it a shine I haven’t seen since starting my Sisterlocks. I will definitely purchase more products in the future.

Products smell and feel amazing, the deep conditioner and coconut spritz is great, only issue is I think the Hibiscus shampoo has made my scalp dry😔

I ordered the 4 set mist spray and peppermint shampoo for my 9 month installed sister locs.

The items took longer to come than would be normally expected, however this was due to the Covid pandemic, and I was kept informed by the company that the delivery time would be longer.

The items arrived secure and very well packaged.

I have used the shampoo a couple of times which is great as it lathers - which the original sisterlocs starter shampoo did not really do - meaning that you feel that your hair has had a really good clean.

I have only used the peppermint mist spray so far out of the 4, however I found that using it daily made my hair dry. I have resorted to using it now only a few days a week which seems to work well.

I am keen to try the other scents but don't want to clog up my hair with different scents so will try them after the next wash.

All in all I can say that Almocado have been brilliant, and the only reason why my review is not 5 stars is because of the mist alluded to above, which of course may not be the same for everyone.

As a relatively newbe to sisterlocs,I have been searching for other products than those from the sisterlocs company which would contain only natural products to use on my hair, and am so glad to have come across Almocado.

Allmocado will be my go to supplier from now on!.

Excellent products and excellent service! Everything from ordering, receiving confirmation email and shipping process is a delight. I was so excited for the products to arrive as the very personalised feel to the emails had me feeling as a part of the Almocado family.
The packaging is compact, functional and cute upon opening and the products are "naked" in the shipping package saving on waste. Got to love that!
Last but not least, the products. My gosh, I have never smelled such heavily smell like the hair mists and shampoos. The Sandalwood Vanilla mist he uses every day for tha scalp and locs smells divine! My partner with medium thick locs feel the hair get clean without stripping it for moisture and there's no build up.
I'm white with straight hair but honestly feel the products are just as good on my hair too. We both have sensitive skin and skalp but there's no irritation with any of the products. They all are so gentle! We both use the facewash which has a bit strong smell but still natural. I even used it to remove my eye makeup one evening and it didn't sting my eyes, but please don't try put it in your eyes. We have become big fans!

A nice enough leave in milk but didnt help my daughter's ultra coily hair. Shampoo was very nice and rich. Both products smelled lovely. Delivery was quick even though Covid19 . Emails kept me up to date on when to expect my products. Will try another product and hope it will help tame her hair and take the tears out of hair wash day!!! Wish there were small samples to try b4 buying a big bottle. My daughter is 8 now and am still struggling to find the magic lotion.

I never received the item that I ordered. Is one thing when you took the customer's money but you also need to refund what does belong to you. Ethics go a long way.

I purchased the stage one seaweed shampoo and the cherry vanilla moisture mist. The cherry vanilla moisture mist is good and it smells great! While I hoped that it would (sad face) I didn’t notice any change in the dryness of my hair. BUTTTT everyones hair is different, the absorption is different, I’ve settled on maybe it’s just not for me but I love love love the shampoo. Prior to purchasing this shampoo I was using the sisterlocks starter shampoo, I was experiencing extreme itching and it felt like my hair wasn’t clean. So I made the decision to purchase this product and I must say I am extremely satisfied. Definitely will buy the shampoo again

The products are amazing. I recently cut my hair and I can see it growing back alot healthier than it ever has. I really love the shampoo, I wish I bought the conditioner as well. The leave in mask is great. I wish I also bought co wash products. I will be shopping here again.
