No me pusieron ninguna pega para hacer la devolucion

Compré una pistola de aire comprimido en esta tienda. Por desgracia, se averió la primera semana. Me puse en contacto con ellos y, aunque admitieron la devolución en un tiempo récord sin ningún inconveniente, seguiré comprando en esta tienda. Me infunde mucha confianza.

I just bought a brand new Alvarez AG60CE back in January, through Guitar Center. The electronics were completely shot and didn't work. When I contacted them, they told me that since I didn't buy their warranty for this brand new guitar, to basically "Go pound Sand", and that I had to go to the only Alvarez distributor in the country, in St. Louis to have it fixed

The problem is, Alvarez is a shitty Guitar, banking on big names like LR Baggs to sell their garbage.

The L.R. Baggs electronics were completely shot on this guitar... Even the tuner didn't work. They said they would fix it for me, but I had to pay the $160.01 to ship it to them, first.

That's right. Alvarez built me a defective guitar, then made me pay an additional 40% of the price of the guitar to fix their own mistake.

If anyone really wants an Alvarez guitar, I highly recommend buying a used one.

I wonder how long L.R. Baggs is willing to take a hit in allowing the Alvarez brand to cost them money before pulling out themselves.

Desgraciadamente tuve que hacer una devolución, pero el proceso fue fácil y rápido.
Volveré a comprar en Álvarez seguro.

I have been writing and recording music since 1984. I have co-written music with many noble people in the past recent years. I currently write and record commercially licensed music.

I need an affordable acoustic guitar that I could use for recording new songs as well as bring out to certain live performances. I found an older model Alvarez acoustic electric RD8C dreadnought cutaway model. The guitar was well played but in good shape, and I was really taken aback at how the volume of each string was very "equal" in regards to each strum. One thing I noticed, was one of the "screws" for the built in piezo eq was missing. I sent an email to Alvarez Guitars support, and I quickly received an email back... actually a few emails back. Not only did this company send me the needs screws for free, they gave me "outstanding" customer service and great professional courtesy. While other music instrument companies would not even acknowledge an email like I sent, this company did. And that is why I wanted to write my review today. I "highly" recommend this company. And when I end up needing a new acoustic guitar, they are going to the first and ONLY company I go to !
