Had an issue for the first time, and that issue was dealt with in a completely professional and helpful manner by Sarah.

Absolutely brilliant service, the lady I spoke to knew everything about our tickets we wanted to purchase. I like the fact we actually get the tickets before we travel so we don’t get stuck in queues at the parks.

Excellent website very clear and easy to use. As a Disney vacation member and regular visitor to Disney, my main reason for ordering from American Attractions on this occasion, was the insurance (plus) cover for peace of mind. Email communication - excellent. Notification of delivery of the physical tickets by Royal Mail received when promised.

I bought Orlando park tickets in 2019…
I bought Orlando park tickets in 2019 to use in 2020, this was put back to 2021 and then again to April 2022. American attractions have advised me and replaced my Disney tickets which would not have been valid. They were chatty and friendly on the phone,and gave me a few tips for the holiday. This is the second time I have bought tickets from them, I find them professional and reliable.

Used AA for about 10 years now. Always provide a great service, tickets are always good. Even when I’ve had to move tickets due to COVID they’ve been super-helpful.

I only got back 80% of the price I paid…
I only got back 80% of the price I paid for Universal Studios tickets, despite the fact that the parks were shut because of Covid restrictions. I didn't cancel - they did. I managed to get back 100% of the price I paid for a Universal hotel, from another supplier.

Hassle free ticket upgrade
Great service. Was able to upgrade to the new tickets for 2022 with genie + just with a quick phone call. The operator was extremely helpful and I recieved my tickets 24hours later.
