Amrita supplies top quality supplements and whenever I'm in need of help with a health issue I trust them first. When I've a question they're great on picking up the phone to answer any questions. Great delivery too - wish everyone was as prompt.

I have ordered several products from this company and in the past had no problems. This time there was a problem with the Life & Soul Omega-3 supplements I bought. These are not cheap supplements - they cost about £32 for 60 capsules. When I first opened the container I could tell that they were faulty and not up to the normal standard from Life & Soul. At least one of the fish oil capsules had split and the contents of that capsule covered all the other capsules, which all smell "off". I contacted Amrita about this and they did apologise but they said that I can continue to take the rest of the capsules, even though I told them that they smell "off". They offered me a refund of just 10%. I found that amount insulting. I'm going to throw the whole bottle away as I'm not going to take rancid fish oil tablets. They should review their procedures and offer customers a new bottle of the product in cases like this. I'm going to minimise the number of products I buy from this company in the future
