Ancient Aura Jewelry Reviews

I love Ancient Aura's cultural jewelry pieces. Every piece is exquisitely made and none of them have ever u turned. I have so many of their pieces and love every single one.

At first glance, my eyes were so pleased and at first touch I felt like LL Cool J's wife, special. I cannot wait until I sport the jewelry pieces out and tell anyone I see about Ancient Aura Jewelry. I definitely recommend this black owned business.

I purchased the Hathor necklace and I love it 💗 Have had the necklace now for several months and the quality is still there. Thank you Ancient Aura Jewlery!

I love my necklace! It’s so empowering and definitely sparks conversation which allows me to enlighten people. It hasn’t faded and I swam in the ocean with it! I love that the company is black owned, responsive and very professional. I also got a 222 necklace which I love!

Great experience with this particular company,my pieces that I ordered for me and my wife were extremely elegant, a great quality and I’ve gotten multiple comments. I had a little hiccup with shipping due to the post office, but Jason the customer service guy was attentive patient and responsive through the whole process.I will humbly submit Ancient Aura custom pieces to anybody.
Peace

Absolutely loved the items I received, I purchased a few for myself and my sons and also some for gifting. There was a hiccup and I reached out for support and received exceptional customer service which I genuinely appreciated, I look forward to being a steady customer...the quality, packaging are definitely a plus! Peace💜

The quality is top tier and packaging makes every purchase special and gift ready for any occasion. Also, if you have ANY issues they are addressed faster than you can blink.

The response to any issues is IMMEDIATELY addressed. We placed an order and two items were missing. As soon as we messaged the team they responded in less than 24 hrs. That to us is the sign of PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT! We got our replacements in less than 7 days after. I'm so grateful to Ancient Aura. Absolute respect🙏🏾

Jason is the absolute best! From his customer service and the overall quality of the jewelry; I always wear his pieces and receive nothing but compliments and curiosity about the unique pieces I wear. I've had my pieces since 2022 and everything is in excellent condition. Super cute and most importantly; super AFFORDABLE!

Man shout out to Ancient Aura! The quality a intricate craftsmanship is unmatched! That's exactly why I trust Ancient! Ye Are God's, because blessed!!! Keith

Absolutely the true definition of excellent and professional customer service, meaningful jewelry of high quality materials, and just all around top tier. I can't say enough. You just have to experience it! Even down to the packaging, !!! I will forever be a supporter & Ancient Aura Jewelry wearer ❤️

Website is very easy to navigate and the transaction is quick and easy. Quality of the jewelry is questionable. The fact that it advertise themselves as a selling Gold jewelry, my gold jewelry rusted, thats just a few days after receiving it. Alil splash of water got to it and I didn't think anything of it. Emailed customer service and got back a quick response, which is fantastic. The problem is, besides the rust, is their return method. They use USPS ground only label and I can't even go to the post office and get a proper shipping container. I have to run around to look for a letter or a bag to put the items which are two stones. Which means, I have to spend to ship it to them. Three stars is the best I can give due to the customer service and their website. Everything else is highly disappointing. Having a better method to return items would have made this experience better. Above and beyond would be to ship container box and return label like many company does. I really hope they focus more on quality service for their customers, which im sure this review of mine is going to be dismissed.
