Contacted Andre on the Tuesday, he came out to my work on the Thursday and replaced my phone battery in 20 mins, start to finish. Great job. Very polite and professional guy who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for a second ;-)

What a great guy! He helped me mend an iPhone (remotely) when my husband had been into the Apple shop and they’d told him to throw it into the bin! We now have precious photos and contacts and messages that we thought had been lost! I’d recommend him to anyone!

Used Andre to repair a cracked Ipad screen, he turned up promptly and was very polite, repair was carried out and Ipad was handed back, I quickly viewed the screen which looked good, paid Cash as requested and presumed everything was ok, it wasn't until around 4 hrs later when I came to use the Ipad it wouldn't turn on, phoned Andre immediately and managed to get it to start up but then battery failed and it wouldn't charge, he agreed to have a look the next day, after checking it again he was unable to fix the issue and I was told it must have had a previous problem and he couldn't do anything about it, "This was Definitely not the case !", he also dropped the Ipad and cracked the screen again, I did receive a refund but have had a perfectly working Ipad made useless, it's the fact that he is unwilling to help further and advised me to take it elsewhere at my cost that is wrong !, when I pay for a service I don't expect to be told "sorry nothing I can do", it does not state anywhere on his website or Facebook page that after repairs there is a chance your device will be permanently dead, not a happy customer at all, I would advise everyone to avoid this company

I’m sorry that you’re unhappy with the issue. As discussed we cannot be held responsible for undisclosed issues with your iPad. Upon completion of the repair I carried out two checks to see the iPad fully working and you carried out a check too. The next day I opened it up as requested and couldn’t find any reason to why your device was taking charge on the amp meter but the battery percentage was going down. Fitting a new battery was even worse than your battery which is extremely unusual. It is suspected that the charger that you’re using which isn’t suitable for iPads could be a contributing factor. This is why I advised to take the iPad for a second opinion to see that I haven’t damaged anything as I felt there was no trust to what I had seen. Your battery had ripples and warped slightly, you requested a screen and battery repair but decided to only go for a screen repair. As stated in our warranty conditions which is given during the quotation process that we cannot be held responsible for any issues that is not disclosed to us. I feel that there was an underlying issue and this is why I offered a full refund and said to not spend any more money on a seven year old device that a repair would exceed the value of the device especially that the iPad is blocked out from the latest software updates.
Update
I discovered the battery I attempted to fit on the return visit was faulty. Got in contact with the client to have another look at it as this changed my mind on the issue of the iPad as I now believe there wasn’t any previous issues apart from the damaged screen and the faulty battery I had caused me to come to the wrong assumption, apologised to the client for what had happened. On arrival the iPad was working and charging as normal. I replaced the screen I damaged at no charge to the client.
I contacted in the morning and received a response immediately and Andre continued to help me over WhatsApp throughout the day and managed to solve my problem that same day saving me £200! I am extremely grateful. Very professional and friendly service. I will definitely be recommending.

Repaired my daughters iPhone charger port after she spilt Nail glue all over it, even fitted a screen protector i supplied.

He arranged for someone to look at my battery for my ipad as it is still under warranty.
I am amazed and incredibly grateful that the art of communication and customer service is not dead.

Paid £250 to have my iPad screen replaced just over a year ago. Assumed it was a genuine Apple screen for the price. 1 week after warranty was up the screen failed with fuzzy dark lines, took it to Apple who plugged it in and told me it was a cheap after market replacement with no True Tone. Not impressed and can’t even get a free replacement as the warranty is up.

Sorry to hear you had an issue however we were never notified of your problem to have a chance.
If the screen had failed due to manufacturing issues we would have honoured the warranty only being a week out.
No third party repair company can offer genuine apple parts, this is advised on our website. Only Apple can offer genuine parts
Called them in the morning and by 1:30pm I had a fully fixed screen, much cheaper than the Apple Store service and comes with a warranty. They also come to your house and fix it within half an hour in their van. Amazing service! Highly recommend.
