Beautiful wee ornament. Shame about the chip.
Editing to add the email correspondence between myself and the company has obviously been disregarded judging by the recent 'reply' given to this review. Absolute no willingess to accept any responsibilty and zero apologies given. Instead, continue to blame the customer for their inattention. I felt 3 stars was more than fair given the circumstances but after the, quite frankly, rude and aggravating behaviour that has since occurred they are lucky I'm not reducing it to 1!
I'd also like to add that if you don't wish for honest reviews then you shouldn't send out automated emails to customers prompting them to leave one.
Beautiful wee ornament. Shame it had a chip in the tail. Too much hassle to return so just coloured it in with a pen. Might want to do quality control though before sending out products.
