I received clearly defected Ayede shoes: the point was open and glued.
They accepted the returned as defected, but eventually retained shipping cost and their invented fee of €15.
Their customer service is a joke, because they said their experts did not consider it to me a defect.
Well, ok, then. I made an official demand.
Avoid at all cost.

I ordered a pair of Miista shoes from Antonioli on February 2nd. After wearing the shoes for less than two hours, the seam came apart. This clearly shows poor quality from Miista, but since I purchased them through Antonioli, their customer service needed to handle the issue properly.

Instead, they offered to refund only the shipping costs, which is completely inadequate for a defective product. It’s now been over a month, and I still haven’t received any proper solution or compensation.

I would strongly advise against ordering from Antonioli. Their customer service is extremely disappointing, and the quality of the products they sell does not meet expectations.

Al momento dell’acquisto non era in alcun modo specificato che la scatola non fosse inclusa: trattandosi di un regalo, ho dovuto essere io a contattare l’assistenza per chiedere conferma. Un’informazione del genere dovrebbe essere chiaramente indicata prima dell’acquisto, senza che sia il cliente a doversi preoccupare di verificare un dettaglio così importante
La spedizione è stata gestita in modo poco professionale: per diversi giorni mi è stato detto che sarebbe partita “il giorno dopo”, ma puntualmente non era vero. Comunicazione poco trasparente e tempi lunghi.
Come se non bastasse, la cintura è arrivata con un difetto evidente, graffiata.
Customer care inaffidabile e da Antonioli un servizio del genere è semplicemente inaccettabile. Esperienza deludente sotto ogni punto di vista.

Sehr guter Onlineshop. Habe dort günstig Gucci Mules gekauft. Sorgfältig verpackt und guter schneller Support und Versand.

Zamówiłam spodnie w sklepie Antonioli, dostawa została zrealizowana dosłownie w ciągu dwóch dni roboczych pomimo tak dużej odległości. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z zakupu online i obsługi.

Modtog en rabatkode pr. mail fra dem, brugte rabatkoden til at få rabat på en taske. De annullerede købet og begrundede det med at rabatkoden ikke måtte bruges på den taske. Sikker på det ikke er lovligt, men gider ikke kæmpe med dem.

Cibo ottimo molto saporito. Pulito e accogliente. Antonio il proprietario una persona molto gentile e amichevole. Gruppo di amiche da Napoli.

Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe per mio figlio sul sito. Ordine fatto domenica, consegna mercoledì mattina tramite DHL. Tutto perfetto.

Se sbagli ad ordinare una taglia on line e il customer service ti risolve il problema con uno scambio di 3 mail e poche ore di attesa, beh..questo è un servizio che merita di essere elogiato. Efficienti e gentili, grazie ancora. Tornerò a trovarvi.

I ordered something from antonionew – it never arrived. The post claims it was delivered, but the tracking shows some random address in China.
antonionew support doesn't respond to emails either.

good prices, fast shipping

I have received my order next day, I’m still impressed about this speedy delivery. I ordered a Valentino mini crossbody bag which was well packed with Valentino packaging, box dust bag and all the authenticity paperwork. I was skeptical to order from here because of the bad reviews, but def I will order from here. The price was much cheaper than elsewhere so why should I order for much more expensive in other sites if I can get it for a very good price. Well done Antonioli! You have earned a new customer!

I would’ve given 0 star if there were such an option. This website is a total scam and does not hold up their end of bargain.

An order was placed yesterday and payment was accepted, American Express (card I used) confirmed that everything was fine. Today Antonioli just canceled my order for the 10 items I bought. For those who want to know more, I took screenshots of my orders confirmation. More than happy to share with anyone who wants to know how irresponsible this Milano Italian company is.

This company just used low prices to lure customer to place order and when you did, all you get was disappointment instead of getting what you paid for.

They have a good selection. I placed an order, and the entire process was clear, with quick shipping.

ordered a pair of tabi flats on sale and when they arrived they were too small. i checked their site and saw no exchanges so i ordered another pair in a larger size, thankfully still on sale. shipping was incredibly fast for both esp coming from italy to california & i was able to compare the sizes at home. the return process of the smaller pair was a breeze - something i was terrified about based on past reviews. it cost me $35 total to return as it was international express shipping but they provided the return label (thank god bc if i did it myself it would’ve been $200 on dhl). i was refunded v quickly and am so glad i went w antonioli bc they had tabis at the best price. i had a great experience & wanted to share it bc the good times never get mentioned :) this is real i promise!! i work in fashion as wardrobe styling and love when im able to find a solid retailer!!

Comprato un paio di Rick Owens di cui era l'ultimo numero disponibile nella mia taglia.
Ordine elaborato e arrivato senza problemi, scarpa stupenda vado a provarla e vedo il laccio in alcuni punti sfilacciato e un pò rovinato (probabilmente derivante da un problema di produzione dello stesso) è vero che avrei potuto effettuare il reso ma oltre non esserci più la mia taglia avrei perso anche lo sconto applicato all'acquisto.
Il laccio l'ho cambiato ma quando si vendono articoli di un certo livello ci si aspetta anche di riceverli senza difetti di questo tipo.

Consiglierei di prestare più attenzione a ciò che si vende anche perchè come boutique ha un nome abbastanza importante e recensioni negative non aiutano anzi.

Absolutely awful experience. Ordered a jacket, checked status of jacket on the app 3 days later and order still says unfulfilled. Email customer service who confirm order has been processed and will be sent shortly. 5 days later still nothing and order still says unfulfilled. What is wrong with retailers?

Quick DHL shipping. I was hesitant about getting the right item since this is the only store that sells the Guidi VG05 in horse leather for men. Major stores have them in goat leather and Farfetch sells it in calf leather. It was indeed horse leather and I am happy.

Note: I didn't have to return. So I cannot base my experience on customer service.
