My journey with the APC has been incredible. I am currently on my 120hrs clinical placement. I have gained so much knowledge from the day I first clicked open my first module until right now sitting in a sub centre waiting for another call out. The workshops are great fun and more importantly a wealth of information with practical learning and teaching from the highly experienced attending trainers. Not only have I obtained some new knowledge I’ve also gained some fantastic friends that are also on this journey. I highly recommend anyone thinking about it to jump right in and sign up. Thank you APC for the incredible informative learning content/modules, the support and guidance among the way. You are all legends.

Cannot recommend APC enough! The course is easy to navigate and the support from the college is extremely welcoming! Definitely a positive environment to learn new skills!

Very helpful staff and the workshops were well run with trainers who had real life experience and great knowledge.

Be very very careful when considering the APC as the option to go with.
If you pay a deposit and something happens and you cannot continue, it is unlikely you will get a refund, regardless of your personal circumstance.
I know this because they refused to refund my $3000 deposit, even so the course was less than eight weeks in. And this is not including the money I was already paying each week. They don’t care about your personal circumstances. They just want your money.
If you live in Victoria (I don’t know about other states), there are free paramedic tafe courses which deliver the same outcome. Yes free. I would highly recommend going with the free tafe course instead.

I had such an amazing week at workshop 1, Trainers were awesome and the vibe was high and I learnt so much, feeling a lot more confident 👏👏

The trainers were incredible Sophie and Betina the way they worked together main thing good communication, bouncing off eachother aswell as bringing thing down to our/my level to make understanding easier. The connection between the two really set the picture for us and how it’ll should be between my partner and I when on road and tackling any obstacles and problems. Also helped bring out my potentials and confidence in myself these 5 days. Feel like I’m ready to hit the road already haha

What made this experience great was the teachers and they made easy to understand and follow. They were very helpful when you needed extra help.

Soph and B are amazing trainers who listen and take the time show correct technique. Workshop 1 has got the blood pumping to quickly finish the rest of my units to attend workshop 2 and get into the medical field.

Enjoyed the practical side of study i felt comfortable to talk and ask questions even when i was anxious under assessment

Great communication from all staff involved in preparing for workshops as well as the instructors providing good examples and being able to put into practice all the theory work.

Having the opportunity to put and test the skills I have learnt into practice was challenging and enjoyable. Being able to access the equipment helped me to develop a deeper understanding of the course i was studying, preparing me for my career when i graduate.The teachers and APC team are fantastic and helpful.

The Australian Paramedical College has been an incredible opportunity for me to get into a pre-hospital and medical career. I have learned a lot through the course, and have found a great new job in health care I would not have been able to get without APC.

The trainers, Bettina and Sophie are great in workshops 1 & 2. They’re knowledgeable, calm, patient and organised!
They’re able to break down every scenario and explain the process clearly and make sure that you understand each step and why it’s done that way.
Overall a great experience and a great learning experience!

I studied non emergency transportation and loved the way the corse was run and presented. The fact that it is online learning at your own pace, makes it perfect to fit around my life. I chose to do this corse as it would give me an eye opener and some experience into the field, while I studied year 12. I loved how each subject has live explanations and some even had videos of questions often answered wrong before completing an assessment. Now to the practical component. This was, for me my favourite part. Not only was it incredibly hands on, it was also super fun and I learnt so much. The instructors I had work in the field and give you lots of real world experience. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who would like some basic experience or who is looking to go into paramedicine, but can’t study full time at the moment. The only negative i have it that it takes lots of self motivation to complete the work, for me and many of the people who completed the course I have spoken to, say that, that is the most difficult part, not having a deadline for each subject.

Excellent environment and a supportive team made the experience so wonderful!

Workshop and course a great experience and highly beneficial for my personal knowledge which was the prime aim for taking the course (less for professional development/career change). Workshop instructors (Keysborough VIC 13 - 17th Nov 2023) fantastic and had really relevant practical experience. Theory content a bit repetitive at times, and workshop was much more beneficial to my learning. Would recommend more workshops and possibly a industry placement as part of the Cert III. Overall APC student support prompt and helpful. I won't be pursuing further study in the health field as have secured full time work in the environmental field but would recommend APC to future students - great workshop, flexible study and great student support.

As a recent graduate of the Australian Paramedical College, I can confidently say that the program provided comprehensive training and practical skills necessary for success in the field. The supportive faculty and hands-on approach to learning made my educational experience invaluable in preparing me for my career as a paramedic.

Sophie and Bettina were beyond amazing! So full of knowledge and I loved soaking up all they had to offer! I've learnt so much and so grateful I enrolled into APC!

Being able to attend a workshop has helped me incredibly, as the assessor’s do an excellent job to turn our theory into practical work that made it so enjoyable and easy to understand!! Winning this kit would give me so much more confidence in my skills as it would give me the ability to practice more.
