We are a US company hiring our first employee in Australia. This was a technical customer support role and not the easiest to fill. In addition, the time difference made everything a little more challenging.

Appetency Recruitment was very professional throughout my interview process. They approached me via email and arranged an interview with my current company within 48 hours. There were delays in getting feed-backs after the interview but what I really appreciated is that they kept me updated throughout the process even when they had not received interview feedback. At the end I got the role but, for a change, it was nice to have been treated well throughout the process by a recruitment agency.
