I ordered the 24in tank plant collection . The condition of the plants was exceptionally good,
They are healthy and I'm sure larger than most plants I have bought from other suppliers They were packed with care and delivered within a few days.
I really am impressed with Aquarium Gardens so much so that I ordered another collection of the same plants to boost another tank.

I have been a regular customer of Aquarium Gardens since 2023. Over the years, I have purchased aquariums, filtration, many plants, hardscape and substrates, amongst many other things. 

Their customer service is what stands proud, and they are a helpful and communicative team which genuinely wants to provide a service. On the rare occasions where there has been a problem with the order (courier), they have refunded the carriage costs without quibble, and made it clear this is not the service they want to provide. They listen to feedback (and invite it) and are happy to help wherever they can to make your aquarium a success.

Plants are always in a strong and healthy state upon delivery, and you can tell they are looked after before they are shipped to you. You get plants with the best chance of survival as a result. I don't think I have ever in 3 years received a plant which could be considered weak and unhealthy. 

When you place orders online, there is a box which allows you to provide instructions. Aquairum Gardens do read these, and therefore, where they can accommodate you, they will! If you leave instructions on some other websites, it’s hit or miss whether it gets listened to. When things need clarification, they give you a call to discuss. Really good interactive service. 

Dave and his Team are simply great at what they do, and the amazing thing is that over the many years of their operations, they have not forgotten the customer service aspect of being a supplier. They are as close to being a partner as can be, and this makes them a little special. 

It’s difficult to recommend someone, as you are basically offering yourself up as the owner of that recommendation! But I can wholeheartedly recommend Aquarium Gardens for your aquarium needs. Companies simply don't come much better than this, and it's mainly because they hold and protect their customer service focus. 

I have no issues with recommending Aquarium Gardens - and if you are still nervous, give them a call to get a feel for the team. You won't be disappointed. 

I cannot praise Aquarium Gardens highly enough. I am so glad I found them, they have absolutely excelled. The quality and choice of their plants is superb, but what really sets them apart is the care they put in to what they do and taking care of their customers. The plants are so carefully packaged and despatched, I have not lost a single stem or had anything look even remotely unhappy, I am thrilled with how my tank is looking. On top of that, their advice and support is second to none. Particular shout-out to Dean who toook the time to advise me on specific plants to choose, where to put them in my aquarium, as well as general advice on getting my new tank set up and established. Absolutely first class in every respect, thank you.

ordered a jungle plant collection and very happy with the plants, all very high quality and quick delivery.

Ordered an ONS nano flat LED light. ONS is a high end brand and the light was not cheap. When it arrived all the paint was coming off and you can literally see the light coming through the shoddy paintwork. Extremely dissapointed

Ordered my first plants from here and they were superb I ordered Pogostemon stellatus even better then the picture thank you will buy from you again.

Received my first order today and really impressed. Just getting back into the hobby so have ordered a lot of kit from various different places and have to say the products and packaging from here were top notch. Will be using this company in the future for sure.

First order, rapid despatch, excellent packaging, low postage charge, very high quality plants.
The order was delayed in the post due to weather but everything was still perfect due to the quality of the plants and the very careful and detailed packing of the plants. I will be ordering again from them.

I placed a fairly large (for me, relatively speaking) order of plants, enough to fill a newly set up 6ft Aquarium.

I ordered, amongst others, mixed cryptocorynes, and the Classic Nature Collection for upto "48 tank.

The plants came packaged really well. Took me aback at how efficient and organised it was. Virtually no yellowing or breakage of any of the plants, partially due to how carefully the rock wool and plastic pots etc had been applied. Lots of root growth to work with.

The plants were labelled very well, each with a quick description and mini care sheet on the label.

The tiger lotus came broken but has since grown back after planting and is displaying a stunning red/pink colouration.

Some of the crypts did 'melt' but this was expected for plants that might have been grown immersed. Again, they have pretty much fully grown back and are looking vibrant and lush.

A few weeks in and the plants are thriving overall and they've made my aquarium come to life. I waited to see how the plants fared before I put a review on for them, but I needn't have worried. So pleased with the quality.

Fallen particularly in love with the Marsilea Hirsuta. Absolute new favourite! 🤩.

I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them again for when I need more plants - or when I can no longer resist the temptation!

Plants arrived in perfect condition and are thriving in my tank almost 3 weeks in - customer service is amazing and so responsive. Very happy with my purchase and will go back for more!

I've had a few lighting problems over the last few months and the team at AG have been phenomenal in helping me get sorted. Even though they were moving premises, their coms and commitment to helping out me as their customer were second-to-none. Very impressed with the service received and the Chihiros Universal light! Every time I've ordered plants they have arrived in perfect condition and once planted have thrived. A trip to their showroom is well worth it too, everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of rock, wood and hardware. Plus areas where you can try out designing with the rocks and wood. Highly recommend.

I’ve bought three batches of plants here now with a fourth batch on the way and the plants always arrive quickly and in excellent condition. They also respond extremely quickly to emails and have been able to cater to my indecisiveness allowing changes and cancellations to my orders before they are dispatched (and there haven’t been mistakes!)

I don't often leave reviews unless very impressed. I have used Aquarium Gardens for a couple of years now and they have never let me down.First class service . They are always willing to help and give advise . Plants are always in excellent condition and arrive when they say they will.
Highly recommended.
