I can't put all of the blame on Arco, but you have to stand by what you sell. Bought two pairs of Trojan work trousers with knee pad pockets. However, the velcro that is supposed to hold the pads in, constantly parts and the knee pads drop out as you walk. Such an annoyance! I am continually picking knee pads up and having to replace them. I mentioned this on a revisit to the store but got little reaction. Not madly impressed. The trousers are pretty useless to me.

We've used Arco for years and have always found the customer service team very helpful. The products we've bought have been good quality and are fairly priced.

A first class service at very reasonably prices delivered on time as promised.

I generally always place my orders online. I have always received a good service from Arco with regular updates for delivery times for my orders. When you use the online service you can clearly see if an item is in stock and if not an estimated time when available.

Sent the wrong item, claim they didn't and won't refund - will never use them again

I went to the Nottingham store and I appreciate I arrived at 4:20 when the store closes at 4:30 but I just felt rushed and pressured by the two female staff. I was looking at the trousers comparing them and the lady goes “I’ll just tell you because we close soon” and then when I ask her a question she don’t know she answer. That’s why I wanted to be left to my own devices. I was out of the store by 4:30 but I just think customer service and satisfaction is paramount, yes we all want to get home but if customers are in the store 10 minutes before closing, you shouldn’t feel rushed to get out. I was ordering ppe for 5 employees. I won’t be doing that through ARCO now.

I ordered a pair of Snickers work trousers for £75. They hadn't arrived after a month so I emailed to query. I was told they'd been delivered 2 days after I'd ordered them but they don't send delivery confirmation and since Arco's terms and conditions say you have 3 days to query something after it's been delivered I was too late to complain about them. So I'm £75 out of pocket, no trousers and no help from Arco. Terrible customer service in my opinion

Really positive , great communication, delivered on time. These are my go to for my technicians and front of house clothing suppliers .

I ordered some overalls for my son as he was starting college 1 week later. I specifically asked on the telephone call if I could return or exchange them as I wasn't sure about the sizes, to which I wad told yes. The item came and I needed to return them due to a change in my sons circumstances (item stayed sealed). I was advised that because they had the college logo printed on I couldn't get a refund even though I wasn't advised this on the call (I didn't know they would have the logo on). The member of staff basically td me I should have read the terms and conditions, I don't feel this is good customer service and will not use the company again. Never got a refund and now stuck with an item of clothing that won't be used. Not impressed.

Ordered product on the 22nd August 2023. Was not informed during time of purchase or at any time within the 1st 2 weeks of any issue with the order. Was off work for a week commencing 28 August 2023. Upon my return on Monday 4th September I contacted customer services to find out where my order was. I was told they were awaiting stock to complete the order and I would receive it on the 6th. On Thursday 7th I contacted them again and was told that it had gone to completion and should be with me on Friday the 8th??? What on earth... I explained that we close at 14:00 on Friday's and was then told that their courier would attempt delivery again and if failed return the product to them. This means that we could wait nearly 3 weeks for the order to be fulfilled and it could actually end up going back to them. Customer services were not helpful at all. I asked if they could send out what they had in stock with the remainder to follow which is what other suppliers do and they basically said there was nothing they could do about it. At no point was I informed of the delay in dispatching the product due to stock levels offering me the chance to source elsewhere. I was also given 1 delivery date when I rang chasing the 1st time and then another date when I chased the second time. If you are a business who rely on your order being fulfilled within a reasonable time frame then these are not a good supplier to order from. If the product doesn't arrive tomorrow I will have to cancel workshop overtime on Saturday and tell our customers that we cannot meet agreed deadline for delivery of their items. 3 weeks for a delivery is just not good service. If we ran our business in this way we would quickly lose our customers.

Great service and good quality clothing. Orders came in a very respectable time scale, and the fit was excellent. They appear to be hard wearing, only time can tell in that matter, but from previous experience, I do not foresee any issues. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a quality service.

It had been a while since ordering anything and was able to get our account back up & running again with the help of customer service.
Cannot fault the service we have received so far.

I had a particularly difficult query with Arco, and I contacted their customer services to see if they could help. The advisor initially could not help me, but pointed me in the right direction very quickly. Very good service.

Well it's sheer idiocy probably some silly bugger in management down south who's looked at a map and said Leeds and Bradford are close together and Osset so we'll just shut Bradford and Osset, and leave Leeds, stupid, All my stuff comes from Arco, as do my monogrammed T'shirt's Sweatshirt's Hoodies & work boots, But Louis at Leeds was only too glad to help and new T'shirts ordered and turned up when said, specially sad to see the Bradford store close.

As I have worked as a Water Regs Engineer.
I find the Arco "Thickened Bleach" very effective when cleaning out waste pipework. And I find the action of the bleach lasts longer + is much more effective.
I have been using Arco tools and products from Arco for years and recommend their use to others .

Delivery was quicker then eta - no issues at all :)

We had ordered some lockers several years ago, which the people on site liked, so when we needed additional ones , the team at Arco managed to find the original order and source what we needed. The depot we use are always extremely helpful and efficient.

I ordered safety shoes for work and somehow put the wrong code on them and received the wrong size, i phoned customer service who couldn't have been more helpful, they totally understood was my mistake after all and arrange a fedex pick up and delivered the correct size before the other shoes had even been returned, brilliant customer service cant fault them.. Thanks Arco
